Four spacious bedrooms with king-size beds ensure restful comfort, while five bathrooms - four of which have a shower - eliminate morning waiting times.



The private outdoor area is a highlight for holiday enthusiasts. A heated pool (6x4m) invites you to relax, while the spacious terrace and the enclosed garden offer space for shared moments. Enjoy barbecue evenings, relax on garden furniture or admire the breathtaking sea views.



Practical amenities such as WiFi, air conditioning, central heating and five TV sets with international channels round off the holiday experience. Two free parking spaces directly at the house provide additional comfort. The location is ideal: Only 800 metres from the beach and 600 metres from the city centre.
