Discover the luxurious holiday home "Primosten Hills - South", a perfect home for families, couples and groups of friends in the beautiful area of Primosten.



This modernly furnished house accommodates up to 10 adults and features 5 spacious bedrooms with a mix of king-size and queen-size beds. The 6 bathrooms, 5 of which have showers, ensure maximum comfort and privacy.



The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and many other kitchen appliances. Additional amenities include WiFi, satellite TV in various languages, central heating and air conditioning.



In the outdoor area, you will find a stunning garden with terrace, balcony and garden furniture. A private swimming pool - partially heated - invites you to relax. For barbecue enthusiasts, there is a barbecue area.



The house has two private parking spaces and is pet-friendly with permission for one pet. The location is ideal: only 900m from the beach, 800m from the town centre and 600m from the supermarket.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt Das Haus ist sehr neu und top ausgestattet man findet alles, was man zum Kochen, Grillen etc benötigt. Das Haus verfügt über 2 größere und 3 etwas kleinere SZ, wobei sich eines davon im EG befindet und barrierefrei zugänglich ist. Die Zimmergrößen sind vollkommen ausreichend. Zusätzlich gibt es direkt neben dem Eingangsbereich ein separates WC. Der Pool war angenehm warm und mit ca. 8 x 4 Metern auch von der Größe her perfekt. Pam Villas hat auf Nachrichten schnell reagiert, war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Zu berücksichtigen ist allerdings, dass der Weg zum Strand bzw. ins Ortszentrum etwa 15–20 Minuten dauert und relativ steil ist. Mit kleinen Kindern oder älteren Personen könnte dies etwas beschwerlich sein. Die nähere Umgebung befindet sich derzeit noch stark im Aufbau und ist daher noch nicht gut erschlossen (zB Bäckerei in der Nähe). Während unseres Aufenthalts waren wir unter der Woche leider teilweise mit Baulärmkonfrontiert.
