Disliked: Staff & service
A dicembre, acqua per la doccia appena tiepida, alcune volte fredda. Temperatura della camera non regolabile autonomamente. Oltre i 20 gradi non andava (se una persona è freddolosa o non sta bene, meglio tenere il giubbotto addosso anche in camera). Nonostante avessimo la camera prenotata, non è stato possibile cenare in hotel, bisognava avvisare prima! Signora anziana alla reception molto poco gentile e disponibile.
