tolles Haus, schreckliche Kommunikation

Pros: Das Haus ist sehr schön, die Lage toll. Cons: Hatte mir schon die Mühe gemacht eine Längere Ausführung zu schreiben, aber die Begrenzung auf 1000 Zeichen ließ dies nicht zu. Kurz gesagt: Die Kommunikation ist Katastrophal. Adresse wurde uns erst herausgegeben nachdem wir absurde nicht vereinbarte Nebenkosten gezahlt haben. Die Stornofrist war mittlerweile abgelaufen, weil wir uns erst sehr spät mit der Anfahrtsvorplanung beschäftigt und dementsprechend nach der Adresse gefragt haben, welche im Voraus nicht mitgeteilt wird. Uns wurde versichert das wir mit normalen Fahrzeugen und dem angekündigten Anhänger anfahren können. Anfahrt war nicht möglich. Als die Gastgeber unseren serienmäßigen Golf nach unserer Anreise vor Ort sahen, sagten sie: Ja stimmt, mit diesem Auto geht das auch nicht. Wer es nicht glaubt kann es sich gerne auf Google Maps ansehen: 46.202351561141654, 11.81807364993556 Google Maps kann übrigens keine finale Route dorthin finden. Den ganzen Rest kann ich hier leider gar nicht schreiben. Auf jeden Fall nie wieder.

Sehr schöne Hütte

Pros: Eine sehr schöne, liebevoll eingerichtete Hütte mit tollen Blick auf die Berge. Die Hütte liegt abseits, aber das haben wir gesucht. Die Anfahrt etwas beschwerlich, aber mit zugeschicktem Video gut zu finden!

Sehr schönes Haus in abgelegener Lage mit einigen Extrakosten

Pros: Das Haus war groß und sauber. Die Lage ist sehr schön mitten im Wald, jedoch sollte man hier bei der Anreise mit einem normalen "Stadtauto" aufpassen, da die Auffahrt (mehrer 100m) tlw. sehr steil ist und wenn es nach ein bisschen Regen matschig ist, setzt man schnell auf. Die Aussicht vom Haus ist sehr schön, das Haus ist relativ gut ausgestattet und die Sauna ist sehr schön (jedoch nicht dicht). Der Ort ist ca. 10Min mit dem Auto entfernt und dort gibt es alles was man braucht (Supermarkt, Restaurants, Cafés etc.). Cons: Die Kommunikation mit der Managerin vor unserer Anreise war sehr unprofessionell und leider mussten wir Holidu mehrmals einschalten, da wir von der Managerin tlw. spät Abends über whatsapp Nachrichten erhalten haben, dass wir ohne Vorabzahlung der Extrakosten (Strom pro Tag pro Person 3,50EUR, Kurtaxe, Handtücher und Bettwäsche jeweils 12EUR pro Person, pro Hund pro Nacht 15EUR) keine Check in Details erhalten können obwohl die normalen Buchungskosten bereits lange bezahlt waren. Dies hat uns die Vorfreude auf unseren Aufenthalt genommen. Die Matratze im Hauptschlafzimmer ist sehr alt und unbequem und für die Extrakosten für die Hunde wird im Gegenzug nichts zur Verfügung gestellt, wie in anderen Unterkünften (z.B. Decken, Näpfe, Willkommensleckerchen). Das angegebene Willkommenspaket für die Menschen (auf einer der Fotos abgebildet) gab es auch nicht. Leider gibt es auch keine Sonnenliegen, um bequem draußen zu sitzen und direkt über dem Hauseingang ist eine Kamera.

Completamente immersi nella foresta e con possibilità di fare passeggiate con i nostri cani. Pace totale Non abbiamo visto i proprietari ma avendo avuto un problema con la stufa a pellet che non partiva , sono stati veloci nel rispondere e aiutarci a risolvere Cons: Purtroppo il letto era veramente scomodo e il materasso andrebbe sostituito perché abbiamo fatto fatica a dormire , oppure basterebbe mettere un topper. Se non fosse stato per questo sarebbe stato tutto perfetto Probabilmente per una svista il gas era pieno di zucchero

Baita tranquilla nel mezzo del Bosco

Pros: Baita Dani è bellissima, curata nei minimi dettagli e offre l’unicità di una casa in montagna con tutti i comfort di una casa cittadina. La strada per raggiungerla non è brutta come avevo letto nelle recensioni, è solamente ripida a tratti ma per nulla difficile. L’host è molto cordiale e disponibile a risolvere ogni esigenza offrendo così un servizio eccellente.

Ein schöner Urlaub.

Pros: Die Gegend und das Haus waren toll. Die meisten Leute waren sehrt freundlich. Cons: Man kann von dem Haus aus nichts zu Fuß unternehmen. Man kommt nur mit dem Auto fort. Spazierengehen direkt vom Haus aus ist nicht möglich. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist schwierig. Die Sauna draußen ist gemütlich mit tollem Ausblick, jedoch ist die Tür so undicht, daß es die reinste Energieverschwendung ist, die Sauna zu nutzen.

Pros: Il posto è magnifico: una baita dotata di tutti i comfort, spaziosa e ottimamente arredata/rifinita. Un plauso a tutte le piccole accortezze che il proprietario fa trovare ai suoi ospiti! Pros: Das Haus an sich ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Man hat einen tollen Blick auf die Berge. Cons: Kein direkter Ansprechpartner. (nur über Handy)Sauna nur für zwei Personen. Grill mussten wir selbst sauber machen. Man fühlt sich ständig beobachtet, da eine Kamera direkt im Dachspitz installiert ist und sich auch bewegt. Müll sollten wir entsorgen, obwohl es keine Vereinbarung dafür gibt.Es gibt kein Gartenstühle wo man bequem sitzen kann.

Superschönes Chalet

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Chalet sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und liebevoll bis ins Detail eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns mit unseren Hunden sehr willkommen. Die Aussicht ist herrlich und die schöne Umgebung lädt zu zahlosen Wanderungen ein. * Leider hat die Sauna, obwohl sie Neu ist, nicht richtig funktioniert da der Saunaofen nicht ordnungsgemäß arbeitet. Schade, weil das unter anderem ein Auswahlkriterium war. Das ist aber auch der einzigste Punkt der störte, der Rest war perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
