The open kitchen is fully equipped and features 1 hot plate, 3 gas rings, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave, along with a small dining table and a second exit to the terrace. The ground floor also includes a shower room and a separate WC. The upper floor hosts all 3 bedrooms: the first room contains 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, the second room features 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and the third room, which has sloping ceilings, contains 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A separate WC is also available on the upper floor.
