The house is located in the heart of a small village in Upper Franconia near the beautiful Bamberg.
The house is perfect for families with two (up to 4) children and also for pets, as well as for a group of four to six adults. In total there are 6 sleep possibilities. A cot, bed linen and towels are provided for all guests.
Next to the house is a small garden where you can have breakfast in the summer or read a book comfortably on a lounger under the tree. In the yard is a basketball hoop.
Approximately 1.5km away there is a bathing lake and a well-known restaurant called Kurhaus, where you can enjoy delicious fish (specialty carp) and typical Franconian dishes.
The bakery is 300m and the beer garden and a pizzeria are 200m from the house.
If you like to go for a walk, you can reach the forest on foot in 5 minutes or enjoy nature at the ponds and get a taste of fresh country air.
In 15 minutes by car you can reach the city center of Bamberg, where you can visit all sights such as the old town hall and the cathedral and much more. can visit. In the World Heritage City, you can walk in the city park (Hain) or in Kleinvenedig with your children, visit the Altenburg and experience the Sandkerwa (the annual highlight of Bamberg).
In the wild rose cellar and in the special one you can enjoy Franconian snacks and beer variety Bambergs.

Family visiting Bamberg

Beautiful home. Spotless. Comfortable beds. Quiet small town close to Bamberg. The owners live nextdoor. The property had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Grocery store close. The owners were kind, helpful, and speak perfect English. We highly recommend this property if visiting Bamberg area. Church across street is lovely.

Das Ferienhaus entsprach den Fotos sowie der Beschreibung und besaß insbesondere eine gut eingerichtete, gemütliche und hochwertige Küche. Check-in und Check-out sehr unkompliziert, angenehm zurückhaltende und nette Vermieterinnen, die ihre Tierfreundlichkeit auch mit kleinen vorhandenen Accessoires unterstreichen. Man merkt insgesamt, dass hier viel Mühe und Aufwand in die Ferienwohnung gesteckt wurde.

Sauber, Freundlich, einfach TOP

Wir sind begeistert und erholt. Das Haus ist liebevoll, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was mach benötigt. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir waren im Herbst dort, wo es Abend auch mal ungemütlich werden kann, aber die Heizungen haben das Haus gemütlich warm, binnen Minuten gezaubert. Der nahe gelegene Bäcker ist super lecker und preislich völlig ok. Der Bauernhof ganz in der Nähe ist freundlich und für Kinder super. Die Umgebung ist ein Traum für Naturliebhaber und Wanderfreunde. Auch die Möglichkeit an Aktivitäten in der Umgebung sind für Groß und Klein gegeben. Ob indoorspielplatz, Spaßbad oder bummeln in der Stadt. Hier kommt jeder auf seine Kosten :) Sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen gern mal wieder!

Kleine große Auszeit

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage in einer tollen Ferienwohnung verbracht, genau das Richtige, um vom hektischen Alltag zu entspannen und neue Eindrücke zu sammeln. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet, so dass keine Wünsche offen blieben. Besonders die gemütliche Küche war ein häufiger Treffpunkt. Wie haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Vielen Dank Familie Auer!

Sehr komfortable Wohnung

Das Ferienhaus entsprach den Fotos und der Beschreibung, es war sehr gut eingerichtet und besaß alle Annehmlichkeiten, insbesondere eine gut sortierte Küche, was ausreichend Geschirr einschließt - unserer Erfahrung nach bei Ferienwohnungen eher selten anzutreffen. Auch der Service der sehr freundlichen Vermieterin war sehr gut - vielen Dank dafür! Die Lage im Dorf ist zentral und der Weg zum Bäcker definitiv deutlich kürzer als die 300 m in der Beschreibung. Der Spielplatz, der auf den Bildern noch unspektakulär aussieht, ist runderneuert, kurz hinter der Bäckerei und wirklich schön. Uns hat außerdem das in manchen Kommentaren genannte Stundenläuten der Kirche überhaupt nicht gestört. Der Urlaub litt ein wenig unter dem Regenwetter. Andererseits bietet die Gegend auch bei unbeständigem Wetter noch ausreichend Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, und die haben wir auch genutzt.

Hier stimmte einfach alles ! Kommunikation top..Schlüssel lagen wie avisiert in einem Schlüsselsafe. Das Haus ist wie auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung. Alles geschmackvoll und wertig eingerichtet. Es fehlt wirklich nichts...selbst ein Hundenapf und Gassibeutel sind da.. Die Küche ist neu und hochwertig. Großzügig mit allem, was man braucht, versehen. Eine absolute Empfehlung!

Wir waren mit unserem Hund Leo für einen Kurzurlaub in diesem sehr schönen Ferienhaus. Obwohl wir etwas zeitiger angekommen waren wie geplant, wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und es wurde uns alles gezeigt. Man kann nur sagen, einfach top!!! Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe und schönen Details eingerichtet. Es ist sehr sauber, alles ist da was man braucht. Es gibt sogar eine Mappe, in denen man Tipps für die nähere Umgebung findet. Wundervolles Ferienhaus!

Angefangen von der hochwertigen, bestens ausgestatteten Küche inklusive Induktionskochfeld, des modernen Bades mit Regenwalddusche und Tageslichtfenster, über die gemütlichen Schlafzimmer bis hin zum liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnzimmer, lädt dieses top-renovierte Ferienhaus zum längeren Verweilen ein. Der gepflegte Garten rundet den erholsamen Urlaub perfekt ab. Hier passt wirklich alles, so etwas vorbildliches ist sehr schwer zu finden. Und sollte es doch mal eine Frage geben, steht die sympathische Familie Auer sofort mit Rat und Tat zur Seite - Chapeau! Nicht zu vergessen die unzähligen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der näheren Umgebung. Mit anderen Worten: wir kommen sicherlich wieder!

Schönes Haus mit moderner Ausstattung

Wir waren mit zwei Familien nur ein paar Tage da und tagsüber unterwegs, aber haben uns in der Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, auch Grundausstattung wie Fit zum Abspülen und Handseife waren vorhanden. Die Vermieter wohnen direkt vor Ort nebenan und waren immer für Rückfragen verfügbar. Zu beachten ist jedoch, dass die Wohnung direkt gegenüber einer Kirche steht, wo man (warum auch immer) der Meinung ist, früh um 6 Uhr (!) das ganze Dorf mit Glockenleuten wecken zu müssen. Die Glocke geht außerdem auch die ganze Nacht jede Stunde... Für mich völlig unbegreiflich, gibt es im 21. Jahrhundert keine Wecker in Franken? ... Aber alles in allem doch zu empfehlen!

Tolles Ferienhaus mit Top-Ausstattung

Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht. Ob Küchenausstattung, bequemes Bett, gemütliches Wohnzimmer - alles hat uns super gefallen. Sogar kleine Details für unser Kleinkind waren vorhanden (Badewannen-Rutschmatte, Kinderbett, Plüschtiere, Kinderbücher etc.) und haben uns direkt heimisch fühlen lassen.

Superschönen Silvesterurlaub im Ferienhaus

Wir waren zu 4. mit 2 Hunden im schönen Ferienhaus in Priesendorf. Frau Auer und Familie haben uns herzlich empfangen und waren jederzeit erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Wir hatten uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Umgebung ist auch sehr schön und bietet Einiges an Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, wie z.b. das wunderschöne Bamberg. Vielen Dank für den schönen Jahreswechsel.
