The house is located in the heart of a small village in Upper Franconia near the beautiful Bamberg.
The house is perfect for families with two (up to 4) children and also for pets, as well as for a group of four to six adults. In total there are 6 sleep possibilities. A cot, bed linen and towels are provided for all guests.
Next to the house is a small garden where you can have breakfast in the summer or read a book comfortably on a lounger under the tree. In the yard is a basketball hoop.
Approximately 1.5km away there is a bathing lake and a well-known restaurant called Kurhaus, where you can enjoy delicious fish (specialty carp) and typical Franconian dishes.
The bakery is 300m and the beer garden and a pizzeria are 200m from the house.
If you like to go for a walk, you can reach the forest on foot in 5 minutes or enjoy nature at the ponds and get a taste of fresh country air.
In 15 minutes by car you can reach the city center of Bamberg, where you can visit all sights such as the old town hall and the cathedral and much more. can visit. In the World Heritage City, you can walk in the city park (Hain) or in Kleinvenedig with your children, visit the Altenburg and experience the Sandkerwa (the annual highlight of Bamberg).
In the wild rose cellar and in the special one you can enjoy Franconian snacks and beer variety Bambergs.

Sauber, Freundlich, einfach TOP
Wir sind begeistert und erholt. Das Haus ist liebevoll, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was mach benötigt. Es fehlt an nichts.
Wir waren im Herbst dort, wo es Abend auch mal ungemütlich werden kann, aber die Heizungen haben das Haus gemütlich warm, binnen Minuten gezaubert.
Der nahe gelegene Bäcker ist super lecker und preislich völlig ok.
Der Bauernhof ganz in der Nähe ist freundlich und für Kinder super.
Die Umgebung ist ein Traum für Naturliebhaber und Wanderfreunde.
Auch die Möglichkeit an Aktivitäten in der Umgebung sind für Groß und Klein gegeben.
Ob indoorspielplatz, Spaßbad oder bummeln in der Stadt. Hier kommt jeder auf seine Kosten :)
Sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen gern mal wieder!

Kleine große Auszeit
Wir haben wunderschöne Tage in einer tollen Ferienwohnung verbracht, genau das Richtige, um vom hektischen Alltag zu entspannen und neue Eindrücke zu sammeln. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet, so dass keine Wünsche offen blieben. Besonders die gemütliche Küche war ein häufiger Treffpunkt. Wie haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Vielen Dank Familie Auer!

Sehr komfortable Wohnung
Das Ferienhaus entsprach den Fotos und der Beschreibung, es war sehr gut eingerichtet und besaß alle Annehmlichkeiten, insbesondere eine gut sortierte Küche, was ausreichend Geschirr einschließt - unserer Erfahrung nach bei Ferienwohnungen eher selten anzutreffen. Auch der Service der sehr freundlichen Vermieterin war sehr gut - vielen Dank dafür!
Die Lage im Dorf ist zentral und der Weg zum Bäcker definitiv deutlich kürzer als die 300 m in der Beschreibung. Der Spielplatz, der auf den Bildern noch unspektakulär aussieht, ist runderneuert, kurz hinter der Bäckerei und wirklich schön. Uns hat außerdem das in manchen Kommentaren genannte Stundenläuten der Kirche überhaupt nicht gestört.
Der Urlaub litt ein wenig unter dem Regenwetter. Andererseits bietet die Gegend auch bei unbeständigem Wetter noch ausreichend Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, und die haben wir auch genutzt.

Hier stimmte einfach alles !
Kommunikation top..Schlüssel lagen wie avisiert in einem Schlüsselsafe.
Das Haus ist wie auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung. Alles geschmackvoll und wertig eingerichtet. Es fehlt wirklich nichts...selbst ein Hundenapf und Gassibeutel sind da.. Die Küche ist neu und hochwertig. Großzügig mit allem, was man braucht, versehen.
