The facility is not ready for occupancy and under construction. We were forced to look for a hotel. I am requesting a refund.

Pool was disgusting, not cleaned for a long time. Broken plug sockets on walls. Garden overgrown and bbq area filthy. Oven was dirty and door didn’t close properly. Air conditioning only in 2 bedrooms not anywhere else. No hairdryers anywhere. Towels and bedding very old and tired. External rubbish bins all full. Parking very difficult as young people staying in attached property used most of the parking. Not clean anywhere including a used baby bottle left on the kitchen unit. Dishwasher leaked and fused the lights. Cellar not sectioned off - dangerous for small children.Property not as advertised. Cost a lot for 3 nights (stayed 2). Property owners did respond to messages but did not take action. Avoid!
