Prevelly Beach House | Walk to the beach

Prevelly Beach House is a renovated home perfect for families, with two living areas and ideally located across the road from the middle of stunning Prevelly Bay. There are two short access paths to the beach, one being a traditional sand and step pathway, the other a hard limestone path. Both lead to the beach and the Beach Walk Track - a hard limestone path that runs the length of the Bay.
The Space
The house is light and bright. The newly renovated fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up a storm during your beachside holiday. There are two separate living areas, each with their own satellite TV and there is free Wifi throughout.
The new bedding configuration for the 3 bedroom house is:
Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed
The large back patio is undercover, has a BBQ and creates a great space to relax after a morning at the beach.

Great stay for friends with babies!

6 adults with 3 kids under 18 months. Stayed first week of December. Fantastic location, halfway between Riflebutts Reserve/Sea Garden end and Gnarabup Beach/White Elephant end. On the main road which runs along the beach but no sea views due to sand dune. Comfortable beds, nice linen and very clean property. Inside dining area way too small and in the way, so we always had to outdoor dine which could be challenging in cooler weather. 2x living spaces was great. Renovated kitchen has drawers and cupboard with no handles (soft closing) which was so helpful with 3 babies toddling around. Well equipped kitchen with everything you would need and appreciated the bin bags, dishwasher tablets, oil and dishwashing liquid being supplied. No kitchen mishaps or backyard mishaps. Grass had no prickles despite earlier review. Everyone raved about the shower heads :) Recommend a fan being provided for the house, we had mild temperatures and we still required the use of our fans which we brought down on a couple of nights. Locked ourselves out at one point and Swell Stays were extremely responsive. Highly recommend for a beach style getaway!

A visit to Margaret River from Canada

We have made a habit of visiting Margaret River every time we are in Australia . We all love being in Prevelly to walk the beach trail, coffee at the White Elephant Cafe and watching the amazing sunsets. Our stay would not be complete without a visit to Leeuwin Estate for the most delicious wine pairing lunch.

Great place in a great locatiob

The house is across the road from the beach. It is modern and has high quality beds and other equipment. An excellent base for a visit to the Margaret River region.

Amazing Location

A lovely, spacious home that has been newly refurbished. Loved the claw bath and retro tiles. The beds were very comfy and the position of the house perfect. No sea views but a 5 minute walk across the road to Prevelly Beach. We visited and ate everywhere. Great spot.

Where to start.... absolutely loved this house. Location is perfect, across the road from beach and easy walk to cafe and river, kitchen very well equipped, lounge chairs super comfy, outdoor shower with hot water so convenient, lots of grass and parking, beds great. What is not to like??? Very minor constructive criticism (but only to make house perfect in every way), only hanging storage in the two minor rooms. Could do with some shelves or drawers. Prickles in the grass! Kids did not like that! And no air conditioning. Could be remedied with pedestal fans for the hot days (which I know are pretty limited down south). We will definitely be staying again!

We had a great family time. Loved having our dog with us and walking over the road Directly to the beach was excellent. Plenty of lovely comforts in the house and out the back. So nice to have the big bath, the big comfy beds and the coffee machine with pods provided! Heating could be better for winter would be my only suggestion, saw the pile of wood , thought there might have been a potbelly somewhere inside! Not sure what the wood was for. Even a gas heater? Anyway would love to comeback in summer. Thanks for being an owner who allows dogs, made it a great holiday to have her along too.

Great family property

We had a fantastic week here with my family - 2 young boys and our dog. Despite the weather we had a great time. Stormy beach walks and even a swim or two. Excellent location and great house and backyard. We’ll (hopefully) be back again

Cosy Winter Getaway

Headed to Margs for our Babymoon so was looking for a relaxing week away just the two of us before we become three! That is what we got! The house was equipped with everything we needed and was very clean and tidy. We took our two dogs with us so having a secure backyard was also important to us. The fireplace was just the icing on the cake as it made our stay cosy and romantic. It also heats the majority of the house well if needed. Prevelly is a great spot and not too far from Margaret River and all that it offers. The weather wasn't overly on our side so didn't get down to the beach however the property is just across the road from a beach entrance.
