The adjoining kitchen is equipped for everything from quick breakfasts before heading out to leisurely dinners shared around the island bench.



Step outside to make the most of the home's standout spaces. The elevated balcony is the perfect spot for a morning coffee or an evening drink overlooking the surrounding greenery, while the covered verandah and BBQ encourage relaxed alfresco dining. Beyond, the expansive lawn provides plenty of space for playing outdoors, and the outdoor bath and shower offer a memorable way to wash away the sand after a day at the beach.



The first bedroom offers a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom includes one single bed and one bunk bed, making it well suited to families. Upstairs, the loft provides a separate retreat with sofa beds, giving older children or extra guests their own place to relax. A modern bathroom, laundry facilities, heating and fans ensure a comfortable stay in every season. Parking is available onsite.

Just minutes away, you’ll find great cafes, restaurants and local shops, while the famous Cape to Cape Track winds through the landscape for scenic walking and hiking. Prevelly’s close connection to nature and laid‑back lifestyle makes it a wonderful place to stay, whether you’re after outdoor adventure or peaceful coastal living.

Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints:

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.





School Leavers:

We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.





Pet Policy

This property is pet-friendly. A $95 pet fee applies per pet, per stay, with a maximum of two pets permitted. All pets must be approved prior to arrival. Pets are not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms and must not be left unattended at any time. Guests must ensure pets are supervised throughout their stay, and noise restrictions still apply. All pet waste must be cleaned up, and any excess mess, waste, or animal hair left behind may result in an additional cleaning fee.





Rental Agreement

As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement prior to arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.



Please note that while this booking channel does not count infants towards the total number of guests, local permit regulations require infants to be included in the property's maximum occupancy. When making your booking, please ensure infants are included in your total number of guests.



Bookings that exceed the property's maximum occupancy, including infants, will need to be amended or cancelled.
