LIVING and DINING The cottage has a large open-plan living / dining area, with a well-equipped designer kitchen by Mark Wilkinson and family dining table. The cottage is fitted to a very high standard, finished with Italian tiled floors, beautiful rugs, furnishings and decorations – an ideal cottage for families and friends to share. There is also a separate cloakroom / laundry room with wash basin, toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer.

BEDROOMS and BATHROOMS There are three spacious bedrooms, two located on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The first ground floor bedroom has a double bed and a single profiling bed. It has an en-suite bath and shower with a large wash basin with wheelchair accessibility, and large illuminated mirror. The wet-room shower area has seating and a fold-down grab rail for less able guests and stylish grab rails strategically placed around the toilet and bath. We also have toilet seat risers and shower chairs, if required. The second is a family room with one double bed and one single bed, and a large en-suite with a wet-room type shower area. A staircase from the lounge area leads up to an additional twin bedroom on the first floor that is bright and spacious. There is also a bathroom, with bath, basin and toilet.

GARDEN Outdoor space is provided by a private rear garden, with bbq, garden furniture and woodland views. To the front of the cottage is a fire pit, with views across Wyre and the Fylde Coast.
