Calme absolu

Cadre charmant et zénitude garantie! Au refuge des anges il fait bon se baigner, se balader, puis casser la croûte avec une bonne bouteille de vin de la région sur la terrasse. Une maison tout confort à l'intérieur, un jardin à couper le souffle à l'extérieur! Épiceries et boulangerie à Lalinde à 20 minutes en voiture (petites routes de campagne...mais avec GPS on se retrouve facilement) , Lascaux, Sarlat, Beynac et Cazenac à 60 minutes.....des incontournables! Il est même possible de faire une journée à Bordeaux! Formule repas à la ferme à considérer, délicieux et près de la maison! Gîte hautement recommandé ! Coin du pays de toute beauté!

Charmante maison bien équipée

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison avec piscine. La cuisine est bien équipée et c’est une pièce grande et agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison ! Il y a des commerces à Lalinde. La région est magnifique, des petits villages adorables ou se balader et il y a beaucoup de sites à visiter (l’Abbaye de Cadouin. Le château de Biron par exemple). Merci à notre hôte.

Une maison idéale pour des vacances en Dordogne

Nous avons apprécié la maison de Stéphane. Il est très réactif par message et notre arrivée s'est parfaitement bien déroulé. Nous étions 5 adultes dont un couple, chacun fait sa chambre. Petite chose à savoir, dans la chambre du RDC, nous entendions dès que quelqu'un marchait au dessus. Cela ne nous a pas gêné outre mesure. L'extérieur est vraiment bien mais prévoyez une lampe portable si vous comptez en profiter le soir un peu tardivement. Le secteur est très calme et vraiment agréable !

Piscine non sécurisée. Mobilier de jardin en ruine .Maison rénovée à la va vite .Bruyante et pas isolée. Pas d'intimité. Pas de pression d'eau. Par gros orage le toit fuit. L'escalier intérieur est dangereux. Pour couronner le tout, nous avons été dévorés par les moustiques

Super séjour

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cette région que nous avons découvert. La location était très bien elle aussi, seule ombre au tableau, nous n'avons pas eu de Wi-Fi durant notre séjour suite apparemment à une panne due aux orages...le propriétaire m'avait prévenu avant notre arrivée, mais ne s'est pas inquiété de savoir si la connexion était revenue durant notre séjour.

Maison agréable, coin piscine et exterieur au top, gros bémol sur les chiens du voisin jour et nuit!

Une maison agréable et qui correspond bien à l’annonce. Un coup de coeur pour la piscine! Par contre, nous avons très mal dormi toute la semaine en raison des aboiements incessants le soir (jusqu’a 1h du matin…) et tôt le matin (à partir de 6h!) des chiens du voisins. L’isolation phonique étant médiocre, nous avions l’impression que les chiens étaient dans la maison! Sinon pas mal de choses à faire autour, nous conseillons la visite du moulin à papier où les visiteurs font leur propre feuille de papier: les enfants et les adultes ont adoré!!

Zomer 2020

Leuk huis met prachtig zwembad. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar en gastvrij. Wij vonden de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding niet passend. De kamers op de zolder zijn onder een schuin dak. Erg warm en benauwd. Ook voor ons was de hoogte te laag en moesten wij ons bukkend verplaatsen. De badkamer boven geeft nauwelijks waterdruk en het toilet spoelt slecht door. De foto’s op de site zijn verouderd. Zo is er een hoge begroeiing rond het zwembad en heeft het daardoor geen uitzicht. Het zwembad wordt prima onderhouden een keer per week. De grootste teleurstelling was de rioollucht die ons meerdere keren uit de slaap heeft gehouden. Wij hopen dat dit voor de volgende vakantiegangers snel verholpen wordt. Wij hebben onze laatste nacht in stank doorgebracht helaas.

Nous avons passé de belles et reposantes vacances, région magnifique, endroit calme, super piscine et agréable maison. Il est à noter deux petites choses quand même: Nous avons passé l'aspirateur sous tous les lits qui étaient occupés par des araignées et leurs toiles, d'une part, et d'autre part nous avons eu quelques difficultés avec la fosse septique. En effet, nous possédions 2 salles de bain mais il était impossible de prendre 2 douches en même temps (dommage nous étions 8) problème de pression et surtout odeurs de fosse qui arrivait vers le coin repas et la piscine. Voilà pour les désagréments, sinon, le séjour nous a enchanté.
