Bonus Room/Bunk house is separate from the main living space and sleeps up to 5 additional people featuring a full size bunk bed with twin trundle. Deck overlooking Grand Lake. Boat house/game room has a ping pong table and sliding door access to small deck overlooking the water. Property includes Dock - local boat rentals are available at renters expense. Fire pit down by the water is available for evening campfires.
