The lobby check-in person was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the room and shower have seen better days and are outdated. Not enough desk space and no outlets nearby to plug in a laptop. The heater was noisy and blew both warm and cold air from different vents at the same time. No in-room or lobby coffee, and the one vending machine had only soft drinks and no bottled water. Noisy parking lot area. At least it was clean and the LG TV and cable service were good. I can't recommend this place, even though it is inexpensive,

The units were cleaner/nicer than expected. The activity throughout the property was minimal, which to me meant it was all travel guests and not people living in the hotel. I can honestly say one of my better experiences staying in a hotel. I would/will book here again.

Greeting from front desk person very welcoming 😊 Quiet hotel Beautiful weather Close to restraunts, circle K,and casinos

No coffee nor breakfast served as promised. My fellow traveller was overcharged by 100s of dollars by the owner of this hotel, full details to follow after bank verification.

Close proximity to everything. Only a couple of minutes drive.

Close proximity to shopping and downtown historic area.

Great for the price. Would stay there again. Already referred a family member. It is our second time there. Only thing missing from this room we stayed in it had no hair dryer, the last time we stayed it had one, but this time it acualy had stove top to cook on.

Room was dirty. Got a different room. New room had stains and holes in the blankets.

This hotel changed from Econo lodge to Rodeway Inn. The room served its purpose but definitely needs some TLC. I would like to see the new owner spend some money for painting the walls, new bathrooms, curtains, linens, etc. TLC does not mean patch work, which I think was done because of available funds by previous owners.

The staff was great, the building is old. The rooms are dark but clean. Old style of motel with doors leading to parking lot.

Overnight stay in Prescott to visit whiskey row. Older hotel, clean comfy bed. Hot shower. Low price. Not picky for a short visit. Decent.

The location was great. Everything was fine for this price range. However, my son experienced what we think were spider bites overnight. I did not.

Nothing fancy. Standard room. But all we used the room for was to sleep and shower. The parking lot is small so if you are parking challenged heads up. The gentleman in the office was very polite and professional. We had booked 3 rooms total. They let us check in early which was a plus.

Price drove our choice on this one. Great value but just a mediocre hotel. We were bothered by loud guests in parking lot outside our room after 10 PM for about 45 minutes and again at 1:30 AM. But that is not the fault of the hotel, just rude guests. I guess it goes with the territory at an inexpensive hotel.

Old facility in need of a facelift. Air conditioner was very noisy and it was difficult to dial in the best temperature. Coffee was terrible. Room was clean. Pillows were flat. Bathroom fan was very noisy.

Very nice gentleman Kevin at the front office. They were in the middle of renovations but the hotel is still a nice place to stay.

There were stains on the Pillow Cases. The Paint was Pealing off the Walls. The Bed was hard and Lumpy. The Grounds were rolling with Trash ( Cigarette Butts, Pizza Boxes, Ext) The Soda and Ice Machines did not work. The Continental Breakfast was not appetizing at all. The Orange Juice was setting on the Counter in a Glass container not refrigerated. With Finger Prints all over it. When We went to check out, No one was in the Office, There was a plastic tub that said Please leave Key. This was not a two star motel, I don't believe this motel could get a real rating. It was the worst place I've ever Stayed.

Ok, I was very hard on this place the last time, so it's only fair that I say on this visit the room was clean & quiet and the bed was comfortable. Overall, a very good value and very reasonably priced.

Great treatment from staff. Even let me borrow a phone charger. Comfortable room, good location. The wifi came in very handy and enjoyed the decent sized TV. Nice continental breakfast gave me a good start on the day's drive.
