Discover this 3-bedroom gem in Prescott. This delightful house features 2 king beds with master bathrooms, 1 full bed utilizing guest bath, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Spacious living area with poker table, dart board and games. Living room and all three bedrooms have a smart TVs. Heating, AC, Speed Queen washer and dryer, iron and ironing board available, guests can relax and unwind in comfort. The 3 bathrooms are equipped with showers and one tub for added convenience. The private back patio with seating and umbrellas overlooks Yavapai College Men's baseball field. Home includes long driveway for off-street parking. Home is pet friendly. Gates can be hung on the driveway upon request to have full enclosure of the yard. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

The house was adorable and well equipped. We celebrated Christmas with our family there. The house had everything we needed. We walked to the courthouse to look at the lights. We enjoyed the games they had provided including a few hands of poker at the poker table. The beds were comfortable and you can't beat 3 bedrooms AND 3 bathrooms for a large family. Our host was available if we had questions. Thanks for providing such a great home for our holidays.

The home was very clean (appeared to be recently updated!) and provided everything we needed. Great place for families and those with pets. We walked to downtown in about twenty minutes. We would absolutely reserve again!
