Located on the road to Pointe Saint Gildas, 300m from the beaches, this holiday accommodation on the ground floor of a house under renovation has a double bedroom (140) and a comfortable BZ sofa (140) that can accommodate up to 4 people
This ground floor apartment in a garden level, was renovated in 2024, it is 45m² and has a large garden. It consists of a living area with a new kitchen equipped with all the necessary household appliances so that you feel at home; gas hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee machine and dolce gusto capsules, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, raclette party. The living and dining room has a television. A bathroom and an independent toilet, a utility room with washing machine, table and ironing board complete the rental.
For maximum comfort, a small room is provided to secure your bicycles and surfboards, and a boules court. The terrace has a privacy screen and garden furniture, as well as a charcoal barbecue.
You will be able to park 2 cars and your boat on the large plot of land of the house.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour (2 semaines). L'appartement était propre et bien équipé, on s'y sent vite comme à la maison! Bien placé, à proximité de la Pointe St Gildas et à 20 min à pied du centre ville de Préfailles. Un GRAND MERCI et une note de 5/5 à notre concierge de Hoomy, Déborah, pour son accueil très professionnel, sa réactivité et sa bonne humeur :)On recommande fortement!
