Le logement correspond parfaitement aux attentes. Deux lits simples (superposé) et un convertible. Logement fonctionnel avec cuisine bien équipée.Salle de bain avec baignoire.En revanche comme précisé dans l'annonce pas de piscine possible en hiver.Dommage nous qui avions prévu les maillots de bain. Menage inclus... Nous l'avons fait car il s'agit d'une simple amie qui vient juste déposé les clés et les récupérer. Menage donc à prevoir.Et aucun retour du propriétaire par message. Heureusement que cette dame nous à répondu.

La location est top! L'appartement conforme à la description et fonctionnel. Il manque un peu de matériel de cuisine (poêle et ustensiles de cuisine). On a passé une très bonne semaine.

Apartement conforme, Situation au Nord en réz de jardin pour un petit déjeuner et fin de soirée avec les lueurs du soleil. Très bien en été. La résidence avec la piscine est très bien situé proche des toutes commodités et attractions entre village lac et piste de ski. Quelques travaux de rénovations sont à prévoir dans la salle de bain. Dommage que les toilettes soit dans la salle de bain.

Appartement dans une très belle résidence, très bien situé juste en dessous du centre ville, à 5min à pieds du front de neige.Appartement au rdc, avec place de parking et parking souterrain ! L’appartement aurait besoin d’un bon coup de jeune avec quelques travaux, et d’un gros nettoyage.. la literie mérite également un gros changement ! Malgres ça, semaine agréable à prix raisonnable Départ et arrivée très facile grâce à Emilie!

Super séjour

On a passé une super semaine en famille dans ce logement impeccable! petite terrasse bien sympathique, avec le matin la surprise de voir les montgolfières, ce qui a beaucoup plu à mon fils. Semaine agréable avec jeux pour les enfants à côté, intermarché à pied environ à 10min, lac pour se baigner ... on a adoré les randonnées également, le long de la rivière c'était agréable ! on a aimé la proximité avec tout, et surtout la piscine! très appréciable en fin de journée!

tres bon séjour

l'appartement est confortable, dans une résidence propre et calme. Il est très bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied du centre et à 10 minutes à pied des pistes. Il y a des places de parking réservées à la residence en extérieur et une place réservée dans le parking sous terrain. La piscine de la residence n'est pas accessible en hiver.

L’appartement est fonctionnel, dans une belle résidence calme, une des plus proches du domaine skiable. il faudrait disposer de plus de couverts pour améliorer le séjour et d’un minimum : sel, poivre, huile, produit vaisselle…Nous pensions, en lisant l’annonce, avoir un accès à la piscine chauffée mais elle ne semble pas disponible en hiver, il aurait fallu le préciser dans l’annonce. Nous précisons pour les futurs résidents, qu’il n’y a pas d’accès internet dans le logement.

Logement fonctionnel et idéalement situé vis à vis des commerces, à deux pas de la remontée qui donne accès à tout le domaine diamant. Appartement bien situé et idéal pour profiter des pistes. Je qualifierais ce logement plus comme une chambre d hôtel. Équipement très sommaire et aucun rangement pour y mettre les courses, un simple micro onde et plaque électrique. Idéal pour dormir uniquement, car très petit …. À 4 il est compliqué de se retourner. Niveau propreté : Comment laisser un appartement propre alors qu il n’y a même pas un aspirateur….. équipement pour nettoyer qui laisse à désirer….

Très bon séjours

Belle résidence, en RDC devant l entrée du bâtiment et en face du parking générale. piscine super 9h_19h(mais pas de marche pr y décendre, je préviens pr les enfants et personnes d un certains âge, il faut s'assoire et tourner vers la piscine pour y penetrer,. L appart est très bien , coin salon , coin chambre, volet,par contre dommage qu il y ai pas un aspirateur! Car avec animaux acceptés on a forcément des poils que l'on souhaite impeccablement nettoyer chaque jour, avec un balai cedt vraiment moins bien. Il faudrait aussi changer la cuvette des WC(cassé) et l'etendoire (cassé qui est réparé avec de la ficelle ça nous a surpris) terrasse très bien et table jardin super. Ce sont des petits détails mais qui peuvent être vite changer pr un sans faute. La location étant plus cher pr l'accès à la piscine, je pense que le propriétaire fera de son possible pour les futurs vacanciers. On reviendra certainement en été, car en hiver pas de piscine Très bon échange avec la personne qui s occupe de la remise des clefs . Rembourssement caution rapide aussi A réserver sans problème

Séjour très agréable sur Praz-sur-Arly

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour sur Praz sur Arly dans un appartement confortable, situé dans une résidence très bien située. La description de l'appartement et les informations complémentaires fournies par le propriétaire étaient précises et correctes. La résidence est très calme, très propre et bien située, à proximité des pistes (aussi accessibles par bus pour les plus paresseux) et des magasins (boulangerie, matériels de skis, restaurants, bar, etc.). L'appartement est bien organisé et permet d'y séjourner à 4 adultes. Par ailleurs, une place de parking est prévue dans le parking sous le bâtiment, avec accès depuis l'intérieur par ascenceur. La station de ski de Praz sur Arly est une station familiale, très calme et pas trop fréquentée. Bref, un super séjour skis et aprés-skis! Nous y repasserons certainement! A recommander donc!
