Buchung wurde bei Ankunft nicht angenommen!

Bei Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt das das Haus ausgebucht ist! Wir buchten eine gesamte Unterkunft! Bei Ankunft bemerkten wir das es Sich um 4 Unterkünfte handelt die sich den Pool teilen müssen! Falsche Angaben!!!!!!
