Everything was just great. Good communication before arrival, very nice and friendly staff on arrival, nice and big room with the ocean view and good breakfast.

Das Guesthouse Diamond Plaza liegt zentral am Strandbereich Grand Anse. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Läden, ein Geldautomat, Tankstelle, Take-Aways und die Bushaltestation. Die Appartements sind geräumig und gut geschnitten, mit einem großen Badezimmer. Das inkludierte Frühstück wird im Barbereich eingenommen und besteht aus Kaffee/Tee, Saft, Toast mit Marmelade und je nach Wunsch, Rühreiern, Spiegelei oder Omelette. Die Appartements verfügen über einen eigene Küchenzeile mit Herd, Kühlschrank und Spüle. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr war etwas knapp (z.B. nur ein Glas). Die Mitarbeiter sind durchaus freundlich, allerdings erwies sich die Buchung über ebookers / Expedia als problematisch: Offenbar hat die Unterkunft die Abrechnungslogik mit Expedia nicht verstanden und behauptete, noch nie bei Buchungen von Gästen über ebookers / Expedia Geld erhalten zu haben. Aus diesem Grund mussten wir vor Ort die Unterkunft noch einmal bezahlen, obwohl bereits vorab per Buchung bezahlt. Die Zahlung vor Ort wurde uns quittiert und per Schreiben bestätigt. Diese Unterlagen haben wir dann bei Ebookers mit Bitte um Rückerstattung wieder eingereicht. Ebookers benötigt für die Rückerstattung rd. 4-6 Wochen Bearbeitungszeit. Das Versäumnis lag letztlich bei der Unterkunft, weil diese die Abrechnungsprozesse mit Expedia nicht verstanden hat (Expedia stellt der Unterkunft eine Kreditkartennummer zur Verfügung, von der sich die Unterkunft dann ihr Geld abrufen kann). Nur bedingt zu empfehlen.

Très bien

Bon rapport qualité prix, appartement bien aménagé et propre. Tout est à côté. Période de juillet août avec des algues donc plage impraticable. On a pris le bus pour aller vers l'est de l'île où les plages sont magnifiques. Pour nous c'était très bien.
