The property was very clean upon arrival and unique. It was Ida’s family home and they took great care of it. Air conditioned, balcony with INCREDIBLE views. The views and top roof/balcony sold the property alone. Ida was very helpful when I asked for food recommendations, travel around Praiano, shopping, boat tours, etc. The location is next to positano approximately 11-12 mile drive but a quick 15 min water taxi away. Praiano has a great public beach Marina di Praia that has about 5 restaurant options down there alone about 20 min walk or 8 min drive. There is a nice family run mini market 1-2 min walk from the property that sells everything you can need (bug spray, pasta, meat, cheese, snacks, wine/liquor, etc). I would absolutely return to this property if we come back to Praiano in the future! Highly recommended!
