Quarto enorme pra um banheiro tão pequeno. Box pequeno e sem lugar pra colocar shampoo e sabonete. Só no chão. Nunca há vaga no estacionamento, quando reclamei na recepção falaram que está no site sujeito a disponibilidade. Mas reservei pelo hotels.com e isso nao falava lá. Deixamos na rua o carro o tempo todo. Elevadores super pequenos pra tanta gente. Duchas da piscina não funcionam. Nosso quarto não foi limpo por que disseram que não deu tempo. Tive que pedir para ao menos tirar o lixo e trocar toalhas. Café da manhã adequado. No geral bom hotel, mas precisa ter mais cuidado com esses detalhes. Ao reclamar com os funcionários sentimos que não deram a mínima pra nós.

Quarto confortável com frigobar e smart tv. 2 elevadores demorados deram conta porque tinham poucos hóspedes, acredito que com lotação vire um caos. A piscina é fantástica. O restaurante não oferece almoço daí tem que recorrer a delivery ou ir comer fora. Não tem nada no entorno além da praia. O centro de Mongaguá fica perto e tem várias coisas. O Daniel da equipe foi muito atencioso e gentil.

O café da manhã é bom, ficamos em um quarto que dava vista parcial para o mar, quando pedimos que fizesse a limpeza no quarto fucou a desejar, aparentemente retiraram só o lixo do sexto e passaram um pano no chão, a pia que estava um pouco suja continuou do mesmo jeito mas isso não desabona o restante, a área de lazer com piscina é excelente com vista ampla para o mar, com certeza voltaremos.

Vou enumerar os problemas 1 - Cheguei fiz o checkin fui informado que não havia vaga no estacionamento e estava tendo um evento no hotel na cobertura, resumo 5000 pessoas pegando elevadores apertados com hóspedes, promovam o gênio que fez isso. 2 - a recepção é um decepção a parte, depois de me informar que não tinha vaga no estacionamento, me libera o quarto, vou no outro quarteirão pega as malas, pego a fila do elevador ( gigantesca e leva muito tempo) subo para o quarto que me informa teu quarto não esta liberado, meu quarto era no quarto andar e qual a solução me liberar um no primeiro, recebi um downgrade daqueles, tudo isso em menos de uma hora. 3 - Chego no quarto um produto gosmento no chão achei que era sujeira, mas depois vi o restante igual, produto sem qualidade que não limpa e empasta tudo, e pasmem sem toalha de rosto que a lavanderia não devolveu, deve ser o ilustre gerente operacional que fez a peripécia de não programar direito. 4 - O competente do gerente que não estava la no evento e ainda bem que talvez com sua ilustre presença seria pior ainda a estadia. 5 - Café da manhã ( no domingo esgotou e não repuseram até todos sairem do restaurante) só respuseram para os funcionários mas teve hóspede que saiu com fome e 10:00 são 10:00 a funcionária fechou a porta 9:57 no domingo, o extraordinário não existe 6 - wi-fi é um lixo internet ruim pra kct ainda bem que usei meu 5g me salvou se dependesse do hotel seria mais uma, tenho mais mas acabou o espaço.

Comida cara e comum, que em qualquer lugar de rua se encontra. A minha porta teve problemas. Um técnico apareceu 4 horas depois para resolver o caso. Somente um elevador para transportar os visitantes. Inclusive , uma criança é um rapaz ficaram presos. Não tinha toalha de rosto e nem tapete de chão do banheiro. Resumindo, péssima experiência
