Estivemos neste imóvel de 9 a 13 de março, ao chegar no AP encontramos tudo bem arrumado e limpinho (e sem cheiro de mofo, o que é raro). Para quem não quer comer fora todos os dias, a cozinha é muito completa, tem todos os utensílios possíveis para auxiliar no preparo de uma bela refeição. Os quartos aconchegantes, sala muito confortável e a sacada para pra mim é a melhor parte, pois além de uma vista do mar excepcional tem uma churrasqueira para fazer aquele churrasquinho em família. Ao sair do condomínio, você encontra uma padaria/mercadinho a 50 metros de distância e um mercado a 3 quadras (roldão atacadista), não precisa de carro para nada. OBS: O anfitrião é bem atencioso, tira qualquer duvida que possa ter e te passa muita segurança. Detalhe, vc vai encontrar o AP igualzinho ao que vc viu nas fotos do anúncio.

O apartamento é muito funcional e atendeu todos os nossos desejos. Dá para ver o nascer do sol e ter uma visão lateral da praia. Nenhum ponto negativo sobre o apartamento, prédio ou localização. Apenas na parte da manhã o sol incide diretamente na varanda deixando o local bastante quente. Voltaria a me hospedar aqui, tranquilamente, apto super funcional.

Tudo impecável, ótima comunicação com proprietário, procedimentos seguro e confiável. Proprietário super atencioso e solicito, nos deixou a vontade e transmitiu muita seriedade. Apto muito bom! Completo em utensílios de cozinha; móveis e colchões novos! Tudo funcionando, exceto exaustor da churrasqueira que não funcionou um dia, no outro estava normalizado e também a vista para a praia que é na lateral, não de frente! Do mais, td. muito bom.
