Our stay was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we found the property dirty, poorly maintained, and not ready for guests. The pool was green and unusable, and there was broken furniture throughout the property. The host also informed us that she was not aware the property had been rented, which raised serious concerns about the management of the rental.Once I saw the condition of the property, I attempted to cancel the booking, but it was not possible through the app. Since we had no practical alternative, I decided to clean the house myself so that we could stay there.While cleaning, my husband fell and suffered a broken femur, requiring immediate medical attention. We informed the host of the incident, but she never expressed concern or followed up regarding his condition.The poor condition of the property, the lack of preparation and maintenance, and the host's response to a serious injury made this an extremely upsetting experience. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this rental.
