Apartamento sensacional, o sr. Rogério trocou os ventiladores de teto, que benção. A escadaria nem faz diferença diante da educação do sr. Walter (síndico), do Zilda, não estava tão bem mesmo assim muito simpática. Valeu cada centavo investido.

Apartamento muito bem localizado.

Síndicos do prédio uns amores foram eles que receberam eu e minha família, O proprietário não vi pessoalmente mais muito prestativo. Apartamento muito bem localizado, realmente de frente a praia. Feirinha se encontra muito perto e mercado da uns 20 min. Única coisa cansativa é ter que subir escadas para chegar no apartamento mais de resto tudo perfeito.
