The hotel is very clean and looks beautiful. The rooms are large and nice with a view on the city. There is air conditioners, so in the night was not hot. Excellent service, very delicious and various breakfast. I recommend you to stay in tat beautiful hotel, because it very nice.
We've been disappointed in Theatrino - it doesn't look like a 4 star hotel!!! Not very modern, room is big, but the walls and bathroom could use renovation or at least a layer of paint. SPA doesn't exist - only sauna. Breakfast buffet was OK, the bar/lounge has an exotic look with plastic palm trees. It is located in an OK, area, not central but in Prague 3. Tram station is near by so it is easy to move around the city. The plus: very clean room.
The hotel is very clean. The room are nice. There is no air conditioner, but its ok. Its about 20 minutes walking from the center, but the tramp stop is in front of the hotel. If we come again we will choose is again
We stayed at the lovely Hotel Theatrino in Prague. Not central but an easy tram ride (few stops) from all the main attractions. Tram ticket was about £3.50 a day. Available from reception in the hotel. Staff extremely friendly. Hotel room cleaned and bed changed daily. Very clean. Nice bar with cheap cocktails and free peanuts! The breakfast room is set in the old main theatre. Beautiful high ceiling and the original balconies all around with ornate coving. Really lovely. Foodwise there was a vast array of cereals, breads and spreads, cheese, meat, fruit and a limited tray of hot food such as eggs and sausages. Breakfast staff extremely friendly and happy! My only criticism would be that there was no soya milk or hot food for vegans. I would have liked to see some hash browns, mushrooms, beans etc. I made do with black coffee and toast with jam. This was a shame as Prague in general was massively vegan friendly with vegan options on most menus and many veggie / vegan eateries. However would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Prague.
Large rooms, clean and excellent service both from reception and the bar staff. This place has a comprehensive breakfast but doesn't serve any other food. Also if your visiting in the middle of summer and it's over 30 degrees you need to know that there is no air con. You can open the large windows and they do have a fan. This Hotel is a former theatre so it is a great space with a lovely dining room for breakfast. It's a little bit out of central Prague but the trams are fantastic and it's very easy to get around the city.
For sleep overnight, ok. Locations not so good, a bit far from centre and feels not so comfortable late in the evening. Room was clean. Not so bad breakfast. Great point for the hotel - in the receptions you can buy tram tickets as well as exchange currency. If you have a bit bigger car - you can not park.
We went to celebrate my 70th birthday and when we arrived 2 of the staff from 2014 greeted us like old friends these were Barbora & David. We got to know the following people over our 8day stay these were Veronica,Sisi & Roman they were always pleasant. Our room was on the 4th floor and the Household person was a lady named Masa our room was spotless every day.The 2 girls in the breakfast room were Eva & Onika the food was excellent and the service was first class. The food consisted of Hot & cold along with Fresh fruit,Jams,Bread, which was topped up all the time
My boyfriend and I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights last week, and it was great. The hotel is nice and clean and has all the amenities you need. We were lucky enough to be in room 407 which had a balcony. The tram is about a one minute walk away and runs very regularly, even on Sundays and public holidays. The are also night trams so you can continue exploring Prague into the small hours without needing to worry about getting home, or paying for a taxi which I was told can be quite expensive. It is just four stops on the tram (about a 7/8 minute journey) into the centre. You can buy 24hr tram tickets from reception for 110 Czech crowns, which is handy! The staff are very friendly and more than willing to help with any queries. The mini-bar is very reasonably priced (about £1.30 for a can of beer) and re-stocked each day. There are also a few local bars, restaurants and shops you can visit nearby. The local pub (opposite) has great character and is about £1.10 for a 0.5l of beer. The only thing that lets this hotel down is the breakfast. There are not a lot of hot food options (especially vegetarian), but for the price you pay it is more than adequate. The fresh orange is very nice and the coffee is also pretty decent! The restaurant itself is beautiful and is an old theatre, hence the hotel name! Overall we were really happy with our stay and we would definitely stay here again.
The hotel is in a very nice historic and quiet area of Prague, some 15 min walking distance from the historic old town. It used to be a theatre, now it is a 4* hotel. Good service, good wifi, good breakfast, rooms are ok, you get good value for money. You can reach the center very easily with the tram (just a few stops). The hotel even has it s own cars for airport transfer at a fixed price.
Nice hotel, the rooms are clean, the food is fresh and good. Thank to Tatyana Eva form the kitchen, she made me smile every morning when I eat. Easy to reach, there are about 20-30 minutes walking from the center.
