Beautiful property and excellent private location easily accessible to main sights. Try and avoid the two storey loft rooms - specially in summer as the air conditioning does not reach the bedroom floor. Wonderful staff and excellent food.
Very nice hotel and stuff!!! Loved our stay. Very sweet hotel. They even prepared baby toys, slippers, rope, baby shampoo for us. Room was very very nice as well. Would definitely stay again!
I have visited many hotels in the world, but this one for my taste is fine, elegant, with very spacious rooms, also with excellent location I highly recommend it
We stayed at the Grand Mark Hotel in Prague for 4 nights at the end of 2017. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. It has one of the best showers we have ever seen. The location was perfect. Very central but still quiet. We walked everywhere to all the sites and museums from the hotel. We selected the hotel because it was one of the few with rooms and suites large enough for a family of 4. It was a perfect set up for us. Although our stay was quite expensive, it was well worth it and allowed us to enjoy Prague in beautiful conditions.
Really appreciated the amenities of the room especially in the bathroom.

Spectacular service, and very knowledgeable staff with impeccable English skills. Stayed in an executive suite and they left a special kid size robe and slippers for my daughter. She also got cookies and milk every night with turn down service, and cool bath toys. She loved this hotel (Mom and Dad did too!). It was a special treat for her after having to tolerate the grownups staring at buildings and art all day! ha!
Beware: [...]The tour company "Grey Line"[...] was truly a bad choice.Their tour descriptions were similar to other companies, but in fact their Tour guides were poor to mediocre and in one case, simply horrible!! A rude and unfriendly guide that explained almost nothing and then left us and 2 others to find our way to our hotels.
Great location; courteous and attentive staff; prompt in-room dining; very nice hotel......would stay again and highly recommend to others
