Really nice clean room, lovely bathroom.Breakfast was limited enough but will always find something you like, walking distance from main Prague central. Staff very friendly and always there to help. Big hotel, alot use for business trips

An old landmark hotel within a walking district. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice and delicious breakfast included in our booking. A variety of shopping areas, restaurants and some attractions are within walking distance.

You can't go wrong with Sheraton, this is no exception, the whole experience is amazing, luxurious lobby, concierge, bar, restaurant. Rooms have large space and beds super comfy. Breakfast is charged extra (a bit overpriced for what you get ~€23) if you bring a 2nd guest. Staff was friendly and knowlegdable for the most part, I am not giving 5 stars due to a front desk employee who was rude during a rushing situation where I needed a taxi! Shame.

Staff very good, treats you like family, This was my 3rd stay at this hotel, and I will return. The breakfast is very good, egg omelet bar and a verity of food. The club lounge is stocked with great food and drinks,

I am a Platinum SPG member and I decided to spend the Christmas holidays with my girlfriend in this hotel in Prague. Among the different Sheraton I had the pleasure to try over the years, this one as definitely some point of improvement. 1. Breakfast : we had breakfast in both lounge (e.g. Normal and VIP) and in both cases it was an average breakfast in term of choices for a 5 stars hotel. What it is disappointing is that the VIP lounge has less choices than the normal breakfast lounge. 2. Room: I stayed in a family suite, but a couple of things were quite disappointing. First the bathroom, which had an old shower and no bidet. Second the view outside the window was quite disappointing too. 3. Service: people were definitely very nice, but the turndown service it is a bit too pushy. More than once I had to get out of the shower in order to open the door and say I did not need turndown service.

Sheraton started following up with us much before our stay started. They were helpful in arranging for some taxi if needed. The staff was very courteous and room tv had lot more English channels than I expected

My partner and I stayed here one week during Christmas and it was not our first stay at this hotel. Hotel is located in quiet location, only few minutes walk from the Wenceslas Square, National Street or the Old Town Square. There is a subway station near by the hotel too. Our room was on the 5th floor and it was quite big. The bed was big and comfortable, bathroom modern and clean with heated towel rail. We ordered roomservice twice and it was simply perfect. Service was quick and food was excellent. Buffett breakfast was great. I really loved crispy croissants. I enjoyed the stay very much.

Nothing special or terribly bad about this hotel. Decent location on boreder fo old and new cities. Service was ok. Staff did not go out fo their way with the exception of a few folks. We were there with a group and guess this is type of property is to be expected with a group tour. There are likely better locations and hotels.

This is a nice hotel slightly away from the busy areas of the city. It is only a 15 mins walk to the Old Town Square, Charles Bridge etc. Rooms are neat and clean with all the basic amenities that you would need. We were in a junior suite which was good size. Our room number was 204 which was on the backside of the building without any nice views. This was little disappointing. Breakfast was the standard. If you staying there beyond 2 nights, you might get bored with it because the spread is exactly the same everyday. Beware - There is a Mini Market (small shop) just outside the hotel. I recommend checking the prices carefully before buying anything from the shop. Overall I was satisfied.

My friends and I stayed at the Sheraton for 3 days I will start by saying it was comfortable but misleading to say a 5 star. I would say it is between a 3 and 4 star if it is a 5 star in Prague standards then the review board needs to relook at the hotel. The room was rather small but contained all the normal amenities and the jr suit was also rather small. I would futher like to state one of the rooms did not have hot water The location is not near Charles bridge it is a 22 work or 10 minutes by taxi. On the bright side it is walking distance form old town square Service was average the staff did the best they could and they where generally friendly but it sad to say that it was far from 5 star service staff need to be trained on such The breakfast was average and once again had the basics but more was expected Overall I would say it is a 4 star hotel best for business and not touring so I would recommend it for business only
