From the moment we arrived we knew we were in safe hands. Marcel (who will not be a trainee for long!) was very welcoming, and suggested a number of bars we could visit nearby. Unfortunately, on the first night we had a problem with our room. Lucie (The Manager) did everything she could to promptly resolve the issue. Lucie also made sure to check everything was okay for the remainder of our stay. We really appreciated this personal touch. We travel regularly, and have not known a manager of a top chain to be so accommodating. Petr, was also exceptionally friendly, and couldn't do enough to help. Exemplary service, we will most definitely return in the future!
One of the best Sheraton I ever visited in the world. Close to down town, excellent breakfast, perfect service in the VIP lounge. Prices are reasonable. You can enjoy also different facilities, including a very good gym and spa.
Highly recommended - very tidy and modern hotel in a great location with friendly staff. Nice buffet breakfast with decent coffee and omelette bar. NIce bar open until 1am in the foyer as well and no issue with late check in/ late check out
Club Room - this was a strange experience. We upgraded to Club but were told no room upgrades were available however 30 EUR would cover only the enhanced Club facilities. To my surprise the facilities were worse than the standard offer! We cancelled the Club package after the first day as we didn't want to pay for an inferior package. The main reason to change was that the eating area for the standard offer was located at the front of the hotel with large windows providing street views. The Club eating area on the other hand was located in a dark windowless room more akin to a bunker. Additionally the late afternoon snacks were of a poor standard. The gym was basic but acceptable, however only 1 running machine was operational on the first day and no towels. Happy hour spa did not apply to Thai massage! In summary, I give the hotel a very good rating but was very close to an average as this is not the expected Sheraton standard and appears to reflect the low TripAdvisor rating.
Stayed at the Sheraton over the Easter Holidays’s for 3 nights in a Deluxe room with breakfast. Hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. We would like to say what a credit Petr is to your hotel. Very knowledgable about the area, places to visit and very welcoming. Rooms are spacious clean and modern just what you would expect from a business/chain hotel. Breakfast rooms are beautiful, clean and modern with a great selection of food and beverages. Complementary bottled water in room which was replaced daily. Maid service daily clean bedding and fluffy towels. Many complementary items such as bathroom amenities and Sheraton Slippers. Within a 10 minute stroll to Charles Square and local attractions. Great value for money.
This was about a mile walk or quick taxi ride from the main walking square and the clock. Everything was diminutive as it was in an old building. The hotel was in an old building and was very well maintained. They had a small but nice breakfast lounge and a small bar, seating about 8. The rooms were well-kept and clean. Beds were fine. I didn't like the executive lounge. It's up this tiny spiral staircase, wasn't open all of the time although it did have some nice happy hour snacks. Nothing VIP about breakfast there except you don't have to sit with all of the people in general dining right below. Nice hotel.
The staff was very accommodating and a huge help in making reservations, mapping out itineraries, advice about getting around the city. The location of the hotel was not great as I assumed it was by the Charles Bridge, which is is not. The rooms are large but slightly dated.
We had five wonderful days at this Sheraton hotel to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary and everything was just superb. We had a lovely room on the 5th floor and had some excellent food at breakfast and dinner and the staff were so attentive. The restaurant staff were very special to us on the day of our anniversary. Thank you to all at the Prague Sheraton.
Stayed at The Sheraton for 5 nights. We were up graded from a Jr. suit to a Grand Jr suit as we are members of their points program. The suit was very spacious and lovely. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful.
I travel to Prague often and have stayed in many hotels. The Sheraton Prague was nice, the room was good and the staff were friendly. I ordered food and it was great. I used the spa and that was good too. They delivered on everything I asked.
