Booked this stay for myself and six friends and I have to stay I was absolutely amazed by how good this place was. The price was very cheap and great value I was expecting something very low standard but this place was absolutely superb from when I first walked in the door. We actually walked past the entrance a couple of times before we spotted that there was a sign out front saying Royal Court Apartments could have been slightly bigger to help. The reception is actually in the coffee shop and tourist information office. Once we got in there the staff were friendly and very helpful and during our stay helped book tickets and taxis. The apartments that we booked were the larger ones with two rooms one with a double bed the other was a communal area with a double sofa bed. The bed I had was a double and I found it very comfortable. Apartments that we booked were very clean and tidy with everything that you would need to be self catering. We didn’t do any cooking ourselves but did book the breakfast for the morning the larger one was six euros great value. I would definitely recommend this place and I am looking forward to returning there again for another stay. Good job guys.

We recently stayed in a family apartment and were very impressed. The apartment was one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed - the cleaning staff must be commended for a great job! The apartment was really spacious and had a lovely bathroom. We didn't eat in as there is a great choice of restaurants in Prague and it was reasonable to eat out, but it looked like the apartment had everything you would need it you wanted to eat in. One tiny criticism is that it would have been nice to have had some milk in the apartment as we arrived really late after a long journey and there were no shops open. We asked the receptionist if he could give us some cold drinks/milk from the café and he said no which was irritating - sure the café was closed, but he could have easily given us some milk or some drinks and left the money for the staff in the morning. The apartment was in a good location and I highly recommend it.

Have just returned from Prague, would definitely recommend the apartment - very clean, convenient location, best service and reasonably priced. Apartment fully equipped. Felt as a dear guest, would return and stay again.

excellent apartments in great location next to underground and trams.Ideal for getting around and seeing prague, staff very polite and pleasant rooms large clean and well kitted out if you want to eat in,lots of restraunts and bars around the hotel if you don't,also has a little café on the ground floor if you want breakfast etc very nicely priced. Can recommend without hesitation and would certainly would stay again had a great time while there.

Stayed for three nights for a conference, hotel was just down the street from I. P. Pavlova square with easy access to the red line metro and trams. Pleasant walk down to the main sites, and great restaurants nearby. I was upgraded to an apartment, so I'm not sure what the normal rooms are like. The apartment was very large, with nice decor and big windows, modern kitchenette, separate bedroom and a couple of fold out beds. Breakfast is not included, but there is a cafe just downstairs, and if you don't have a great idea what you should do, the reception is also an information center that will happily organize excursions or offer advice to you. Would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was beautiful, and most importantly, very clean. The service was outstanding. 24/7 availability. Check out time is at noon, which is way more convenient. My wasn't until noon but they have a secure place to store luggage so you don't have to carry it around town. Close to tram, bus, and metro stop. Very highly recommended!

Bright, airy apartments in prime location, the bed was very comfortable and first decent pillows I had all trip plus a fancy Smart TV. Unfortunately there was a huge list of problems in the apartment which mean I just wouldn't stay here again! The bathroom door was off its hinges which meant I couldn't shut out the noise of the boiler which had a huge plastic storage box taped underneath it?! The finish in the bathroom was not up to a professional standard - tiles cracked behind the taps, shower bracket broken, exposed drainage systems and a leaky tap. The two foot wide clock didn't work. And there were extra charges for clean towels and even washing up. I've stayed in Prague many times and for the same money you can get a fully serviced hotel room with a great breakfast included. It's not bad but there's a lot of options in Prague and this just isn't good enough to entice me back.

Clean and friendly. All the staff was very helpful with all the questions we asked. The rooms are modern large and comfortable very clean and well kept. A good central point easy to walk everywhere or access busses or trams

We came to Prague for a mid week break to celebrate my 30th. There was just 3 of us so the apartment we stayed in had ample of space. We had one double bed in a bedroom which also had a pull out sofa, there was then 2 further beds in the living area which doubled up as somewhere to sit. There was also a 6 seater dining table and kitchenette area. We found it really easy to get around Prague on foot and with the use of uber taxi. We didn't use public transport although that seemed to be very constant and if we had been a little more confident we may have used it. The staff were more than helpful and very friendly. My only criticism about the apartments is it's not very well signposted well actually not signposted at all, it's actually inside in the tourist information and cafe shop. I will definitely be returning at some point and would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

Sofia, the manager, made sure we had a very good 3-night stay. Since these are serviced apartments in an old building, issues do arise. Sofia and the young crew did their best to correct what was necessary. By the pictures attached, you can see how spacious the 1-bedroom apartment is. I liked the high ceilings and windows. Soundproofing was good, we didn't hear much from the 1st floor. The air-conditioning, small fridge and TV worked fine. We only used the kitchen for coffee/tea. Housekeeping came everyday. Supposedly, the washing machine in the bathroom works, but when we realized both towel dryers (radiators like the ones we used in London) didn't heat up, we decided against doing any laundry. Aside from that, everything else worked fine. The location is very convenient. There's an elevator next door that takes you directly to the subway. Starbucks, Tesco, KFC, many food outlet and shops plus the trams are just a block away. Tesco, two streets down, even sells takeaway breakfast, choose your coffee and 1 pastry for 1.99 czk --- now that's a deal!
