Check-in lobby is a coffee shop and tourist information center. Hallway to apartments in inside of the center. Staff very friendly. Check-in time was very strict but they had free luggage storage. Pictures are very accurate! Apartment felt clean and safe. NOTE: Apartments during our 3-week trip in Europe had very reduced spaces and small showers. This was NOT true of this property.

Great place for relaxation and good piece of mind Yes it’s definitely worth to stay here!

A pleasant one-bedroom apartment, with a sufficient stove for cooking, next to the IP Pavlova metro station. No laundry facility located in room, but the property was kind enough to let us use the shared laundry on the first floor. A bit of construction noise from the ongoing expansion of their hotel immediately behind the apartments, and it felt a little odd to check in with the Tourist Information center, but service was outstanding, friendly and helpful. Definite recommend if you like an apartment when travelling. Plenty of wardrobe storage and coat racks, as well. Housekeeping very good.

upon arrival, i was told a rep would be with me in a few minutes, which did happen. he told me that two apartments in the main building on the legenova street had recently been trashed by wild parties. (some how i remember reading a similar readers' comment before booking. he then called a cab and brought me there, the new apartment on the venzigova street, is located a good 700 meters from the original site, which is right near the metro.

Great apartment with incredible street (not from our particular unit) views of the Danube!

Yes I always have an wonderful stay here at this hotel and the staff is very friendly

This apartment is in a great location. It's 1 block from the IP Pavlova metro stop. You can catch a bus to the Prague Castle in less than 20 minutes. The apartment is huge!!!!! It has a kitchen, a separate bedroom, a sofa, a huge bathroom and a wonderful view. The apartment is also renovated in a modern and creative way. I LOVE the wall paper! The apartment is in a tourist center so it is alittle hard to find in the beginning but once you do, you won't regret staying here. I think they are expanding. There are tons of restaurants within a 5 minute walk. I can't wait to come back to Prague and stay here again. It;'s a real bargain compared to the rest of Europe.

The staff was wonderful. Each and every one was always friendly and helpful. This was a wonderful stay as it was very close to public transit and there was also a grocery store very close by. I loved my room. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. I only have three small items: 1) the water pressure in the shower was so intense it was actually uncomfortable/almost hurt my skin, 2) No matter how I angled the shower head, with the style of shower curtain they had, water always got all over the floor. A more appropriate style of shower curtain would resolve this and 3) the shelf on the door in the mini fridge was broken to where you couldn't put anything tall (like a 1.5L bottle of water) upright but this was a minor point. Despite these small items, I would definitely stay here again.

Best service levels I've experienced at any hotel in Prague (stayed at 12). Centrally located, newly renovated rooms. Good WIFI.

We checked in and they gave us a rather large studio on the 5th floor- be prepared to walk up after your initial check in as the elevator is slow and small. After entering the room we liked the layout but as its the top floor the walls leaned into the room at a pretty good angle, which created space my daughter claimed as her own sanctuary. However, I hit my head a few times looking around and went down to see if they could change us. They gave us another choice on a lower floor but the top floor was brighter and larger so we kept it - but I appreciate that they showed us another option. We stayed for 12 days and are thankful we kept the top apartment as our checked luggage never made it to Prague with us, so we used the washing machine that it seemed that particular apartment (#53) alone contained. The staff kept calling the airlines for us trying to locate our luggage during our stay and although it was not located, we really appreciate that they went out of their way to do this for us. The staff was very helpful and we enjoyed interacting with them. The apartments are located very close to a main metro/bus connection but except for using it to go to the zoo one day, plus arriving from and going to the airport, we walked around Prague and found the location very good - as its not too far from Old Town but you get the feel of a neighborhood as well. We would stay there again for all the above reasons but also because you can't beat the price for what you get.

My girlfriend and I loved this place. A short walk to the metro, fun location, nice room, couldn't have picked a better place to spend a week in Prague.

good location, russian speaking staff, good value, near metro station, supermarket and restaurants

Very roomy apartment in great location. Helpful and attentive staff.
