The apartments are excellent! Our room was a great size and and had everything we needed for 3 night trip! Travelled as a group of 5 friends on Stag Do and had no issues. I Would definitely return to Royal Court Apartments again with friends or with my wife to be! If you need a taxi, ask the staff to call this for you and it will be a good honest price! Taxi from street tried to charge us 4 times as much!

My husband and I had a three night stay at the Royal Court and were allocated studio 48 on the 4th floor. Staff on arrival were very courteous and spoke excellent English, offering to assist with seeing the sights and booking tours. It appears the reception also operates as a tourist information bureau too which us very handy, if a little confusing at first! Our studio was spacious, nicely decorated and very clean. Beds very comfortable. No quibbles about that in itself, but I cannot rate it with a 5 simply due to the fact that guests are extremely inconsiderate indeed - keeping other guests awake in the early hours by talking loudly, trotting up and down the tiled corridors in heels, tracking suitcases around & banging doors. Children are also freely allowed to scream and chase each up up the stairwells, in the lifts and down the corridors. Not the apartments fault, however there should be some controls in place to limit this. Quality of sleep therefore very poor. The location isn't great I must say The area itself is a little grubby, but close to nicer parts once off the main thoroughfares. That said, it feels safe to walk around at night and for the right price we wouldn't hesitate to stay again (and bring earplugs). 15-20 mins from wenceslas square and 10-15 walk to the river. This was our 2nd visit to beautiful Prague so we were lucky enough to know our way around a little. Check out was friendly and fast. May I also note that although an iron isn't supplied in the rooms, we were able to borrow one from reception.

Location is perfect. Exit metro station I.P.Pavlova via elevator and turn left, and you're right there. The signage isn't that obvious but it's in the same block. It is easy and fast to get to the old town via metro and tram. Food and groceries nearby. There is a small Zabka grocery diagonally opposite the apartment, where you can get bread and pastries. You can also walk to Tesco Express (at Vocelova 11). Lots of food options in the area, ranging from kebab takeaway to dine-in restaurants. Opening hours are pretty good too. Facilities in the apartment are adequate. Tiny elevator but saves you lugging suitcases up the stairs. Room has hairdryer, electric kettle, stove, lots of cutlery, dishwashing liquid, sufficient toilet rolls and towels. Many power sockets too. It was cool when we went, but anyway there is air-conditioning in one room (you'll have to keep the doors open to share). Many heaters around so looks like good enough for winter too. Shower was comfortable as the water heating, water pressure and drainage was good. The shower curtain wasn't quite effective enough, so the bathroom would flood after some time. Bring your own toiletries. Towels were provided but we'd prefer our own. Staff were friendly and reception was always manned - this is very assuring and makes check-in/out easy. Staff were willing to give tips and recommendations, without being pushy. Checking out was a breeze and very fast. Room condition was good as the apartment and bathroom were clean. Beds were comfortable with sufficient blankets. No visible stains anywhere, and the rubbish were cleared everyday. There was ample space around the apartment, and the windows could be opened to keep the place fresh and airy. Lighting was also bright enough. Appreciated the table and chairs in the room too. Recommended for families. I'd imagine this place would be good if you are travelling with young children or elderly. It is a very livable and practical place to stay. More than worth the price!

These apartments are very spacious, with attractive decoration,They have good kitchen facilities - fridge, microwave, hob and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, with free coffee and teabags provided daily. The air conditioning works well, but the tv reception is patchy, and there are no English language channels available to watch. The road outside the apartments is very busy, so we didn't open the windows during our stay. Reception extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast at the Royal Court Hotel ( a five minute walk away) ok, with some hot food and plenty of breads. The apartments are a mile from the centre of Prague and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I would recommend this aparthotel for its fantastic value, and would definitely stay here again. Well done Royal Court, for making our first trip to Prague so enjoyable.

The place is easy to find just approx. 100 150 metres from the metro. Access is easy and the staff operate from a very small desk at the end of the entrance corridor. There is a very very small lift that services all floors, but you still need to walk up some stairs wherever you get out if you are on the 'staggered' floor. We were there for a stag do and had three in our room. The apartment staff could not offer us any more than one key to the apartment so that caused problems; try your luck they might have an extra one for your room. The bathroom in our apartment was very small (and dark), but towels and toilet paper were plentiful. The kitchen has everything that you could need. I noticed that looking at the selection of pictures on their site that all the rooms look really well decorated, our room looked quite dull compared to the chosen ones they have put up. On the whole it is well worth the money and I would recommend it.

Had a journey to Prague in May 2017. There were 4 adults and 2 years old kid. Enjoyed all the parts of a place, including amazing studio style room and polite, high skilled and sociable staff (Russian speaking as well). Obviously wanna recommend this hotel for a getting a nice time in Prague!

We stayed here for three night from Thursday til Sunday & were extremely pleased we did. Its located about 10 minutes walk from wenceslas square and 20 minutes from Charles bridge but is right next to the tram station. The location is away from the old town and main tourist sights but is a 1 minute walk from the IP Pavlova metro stop, it's also very conveniently on the 22 tram stop. It's a very nice and safe feeling neighbourhood with pretty good cafes, bars and restaurants (go to Bad Jeffs BBQ & IF cafe!) The room (52) was nicely decorated, clean and enormous! The room had a safe, kitchen facilities, fridge, table and chairs and nice windows that fully open. The staff were available 24hrs a day and were always friendly and helpful. The only very slight negative is the shower is a bit awkward -handheld only and under a slanted roof so we couldn't actually stand up. This doesn't really take enough away for a 5 star rating for me. This place was an excellent place to stay and I'd have no hesitation staying there again or recommending others stay there.

An older property that is undergoing significant upgrades in a very central location. Large, clean rooms, with efficiency kitchens. Twenty four hour staff at the front desk. Staff is pleasant and genuinely helpful. (We needed a taxi at an early morning hour, when taxies are not readily available. (The taxi was waiting for us when we came downstairs,) The bathroom was super clean and laid out in a manner that allowed for toiletries, etc. The only shortcoming I found wa the absence of a "pull bar," which made navigating the tub a bit hazardous Great rates..

We've just come back from the city of Prague, where we stayed at the royal court (or bellezza) apartments. The rooms are clean bright and, frankly, massive! The staff are on hand 24hrs a day and are always friendly and helpful. I do have one small gripe though. The shower is a bit awkward. It doesn't shower down, but just blasts horizontal and the shower curtain just doesn't fit. This doesn't really take enough away for a 5 star rating for me. Its located about 10 minutes walk from wenceslas square and 20 minutes from Charles bridge but is right next to the tram station.

Stayed last week for 5 nights with our son daughter in law and grandchildren on level 5 in 2 apartments all I can say is both apartments were really well equipped clean and warm and in a very good position for exploring Prague would truly recommend this apartment hotel to anybody.
