Stayed in flat n. 2 on the ground floor. the flat was big and very clean, and very quiet as it was looking out at the back. however, the person on the flat above woke up at 6am everyday, presumably to go to work, and you could hear everything from the wooden/stone floors. Also, the main office of the agency is only open 9-5, so, if you're tied up with a conference or business meetings all day, you need to leave in order to go see them and pay the local tax. Also, I was there for 3 days and was given only 1 bath and 1 hand towel (although, they were very fluffy and nice!). I know I could have asked for more, but it would be nice if they could provide 2 of each without having to ask. Also, bear in mind that the heating is only controlled centrally by the building, so you couldn't just turn it on, as it got a bit chilly at night and early in the morning (this was in September). I was given extra blankets though by the friendly people at the agency. Generally speaking, I wouldn't recommend this for people on business trips, but it would be a good base for those on tourism. The flat itself is lovely, and beautifully furnished, and the area itself great. I hope they can improve some of these things, like the towels, or to provide some portable heaters for when the heating is not in use.
