The location is perfect. You can walk your way around. To all the major interesting things. The Hotel ist in progress of renovation from the outside. Breakfast is good and enough. The room is clean. The Floor needs tender loving care. Bathroom is ok as well. Free Wifi
Rooms are quite small , the air condition is not working well , you have to choose the rooms on back view cause the sun makes the rooms like sauna and they will tell that so take care while checking in as we have heard a lot of people complaining about the , breakfast is reasonable
The reception staff was not friendly. I asked them if I can get any sort of help to microwave some food, they stared at me as I have asked a stupid question. The electronic card/key gets disabled every day and you have to see reception for re-activation. The room cleanliness was great. The bedding and furniture was good except no microwave. The hotel is not very spacious overall.
Friendly, capable staff. Full breakfast buffet. Good Wifi. Clean and comfortable rooms. Room 504 was very quiet, though it had a slightly sulphery smell ... something going on with the plumbing in the building, though we were happy to be there for 4 days.
I stayed in Ramada Praha Centre in July 2017 as attendee of ISMB-ECCB 2017. And my accommodation was really great! The hotel is in the city centre, just on Wenceslas square. It very easy reached from Vaclav Havel airport. I was worry a but because I already had a bad experience in Adria (the hotel just opposite of Ramada). I just enumerate a pros: Free wi-fi, city centre location, extremely friendly reception staff (Monica, Kristina, thank you!), very good morning buffet (omelette and sausages, cheeses, salads. fruits etc., a lot and for any diet), air conditioner (absolutely necessary this year), every-day cleaning the room (putting in order suits and t-shirts) etc, feeling of care and friendly mood of all staff, tea pot and tee\coffee for free in suits, good enough mini-bar (isn't free), TV, hair-dryer of course, safe (the key you should ask at the reception. I call to reception and ask they. But instead somebody brought it to my suit, they request me to come down and pick the key on the reception. Not so good). Even the meeting room for business is available in Ramada. Since my suit has window to the yard so my rest was excellent! I recommend it! Especially for that feeling of good trained staff that care about you and your comfort. Try it! And your vacation or business are going very well. I recommend the Ramada!
So happy that I chose this hotel! Very centrally located, specious & clean room, nice & helpful hotel's staff. Try your best to have a room facing the street, Vazlav square. Don't expect to much of breakfast. It's a buffet breakfast but every day the same.
Location can only get the highest mark. Breakfast wasn't that good with less good choice of bread and no options for fresh juice or cappuccino was provided. Lacks a proper lobby/bar area to meet up with friends. Old fashioned to have a room safe that needs a key from the reception and with the size that it doesn't allow for an iPad to be stored in it. Doesn't live up to what i would expect from a hotel that say they are 4 star rated. Average a day ok hotel simply put.
You should offer complimentary bottled water to your guest. You lobby need to be remodeled or updated so that there is room for chairs for waiting guests. When we checked in, the hotel clerks were confused. They didn't know who was rooming with whom, etc.
Good location; Size of the room small; not enough space to keep luggage; quality of the breakfast very average.Staff at the restaurant didn't understand English well. Room temperature setting didn't work very efficiently
Specious and comfortable rooms, good breakfast restaurant, nice view on de Wenseclas sqaure, clean, friendly service, also for lilttle children (my granddaughter of 3 years old stayes also at the hotel)
