I stayed here on April 10th for 4 days. I loved it👍 very clean and very quiet hotel. Breakfast 🍳 was great as was all the staff. I was in room 319 which was a bit hard to find especially after a few drinks 🍺.. But I loved it and would gladly come back again!😀👍
Stayed here in September 2016. Can't fault anything about the hotel at all. It's directly on Wenceslas Square so ideal for exploring Prague city centre and the surrounding area on foot. The rooms were very clean. We stayed on a B&B basis and breakfast was ideal - a mixture to suit everyone. Lots of restaurants nearby and although lively at night, not too noisy. We also found the staff to be very helpful and friendly.
great location ,great stuff !recommended ! clean rooms .breakfast is good. ask for a room facing the main street . keep out of the moneychangers places on the main street they a bunch of crooks...commission is outrageous !!!!
This an excellent hotel which enjoys an excellent location in the centre of Praha. The staff are very courteous, helpful and work well together .The food is of a very high standard and the morning breakfast was particularly good -the staff being particularly well and efficiently organised. Then you can spend a pleasant morning sight seeing at the Lubkovice palace. The hotel looks a bit dated, but the room and bed was very comfortable. Service ok, not particularly outstanding but no complaints either, except the receptionist upon check out was a bit rude, not explaining the city tax to us etc. Breakfast was chaotic and untidy, on the second morning we ordered breakfast to the room and that was definitely the right decision (very cheap as well).
Picked the Ramada because the location was good (short walk from the old town & very good restaurants nearby) First impressions good despite the very small reception area. Very friendly staff & great service. The room was very clean & a decent size with very reasonable prices for the mini bar. We only used the restaurant for breakfast but again this was very good with plenty of choice. Would definitely recommend this hotel & will use again if we return to Prague.
My reservation was 28th February to 6th March. Only hotel location is good.!!! Housekeeping and reception service is really worse. I had 6 nights recervation. Only first day they gave me shampoo. we were 2 persons at room. when I asked to bring me shampoo, they told they give only first day. others days they do not have to give. And on 4th night I need new slippers. Again they told me; I have it on first day. I was really angry about their attitude. They told me "come and take slippers and shampoo". After I went to reception, and reception workers threatened me as if I want in good way, they can give or otherwise they did not want to give. She also told me " her manager put rule that only first night they give shampo and slippers." Shampoo and slippers are not worth but bad advertisement could help them to loose customers. Ramada Prague is 4 stars hotel but workers attitude is 1 star hotel. Please noted that: I wanted slippers and shampoo early in the morning to reception before leave hotel, but nobody put. Never stay in Ramada Prague again!......
I want to thank the staff at the hotel ,Certainly be back again,Anyone who is looking for a quality hotel with good rooms, good location with access to all major places ,Kind service, this is definitely the hotel for him
I enjoyed my stay at Ramada. It took me only 10 minutes to walk into hotel from the train station. The hotel is next to shopping, dinning and cultural attractions. Perfect base to explore old Prague. I would stay there again!
Loved this hotel. The breakfast and staff were great. I stayed here for 6 nights and I didn't want to leave. Already planning my next trip. For me, everything was in an enjoyable walking distance. I love Prague and I love walking around the city. There is a metro nearby, but I never used it. There are shops qnd mini markets and a Tesco is a 10 minute walk.
