The hotel is located in the center of city, so that is a plus. The room is ok, big and clean, the breakfast is ok - nothing spectacular. The parking in not free but is safe. The staff is ok. It's a shame that there are no balconies or terraces.

I spent 5 nights in this hotel. This is an average Hotel in the city center in the night life center. The location is perfect, the room was clean. The reception staff were not good rarley you can see a smile in there face. I made a cash deposit during checkin, but during check out they asked for the receipt to give the deposit back to me, why does it need such a routine? The breakfast was disappointing we only ate one time other we ate in thw McCafee close to the hotel.

Our last stop on our whirlwind, Central European vacation, and it ended up being my favourite, it had some pretty stiff competition in Vienna too. The location could not be beat, in the middle of Wenceslas Square, there was plenty of excellent restaurants and shopping very close by. About a 15 minute walk to the heart of Prague (the Astronomical Clock.) Breakfast is included in your stay, and quite good. One word to the staff in restaurant: label clearly the salads in regards to contents. I am a vegetarian and accidentally ate ham in the potato salad (my tummy did NOT like.) The internet was quite fast and consistent in our room as well. The only drawback to this hotel that I can see, was the incredibly small lobby, which definitely did not fit our entire group upon arrival. Otherwise a great stay! Keep it up, Ramada City Centre!!

Good location less than 10 mintues walk from Main Train Station with luggage, 10 minutes walk to old town area. Good price for decent service and setting. What you expect from a normal hotel accommodation you can find them all here!

Even if first impression wasn't great, because the narrow entrance, small reception more like for a hostel than a Ramada Hotels, once you pass the reception and enter to the hotel you'll meet what Ramada mean. Clean, nice atmosphere, professional and friendly staff. Breakfast was great. For all taste, vegan, veggie or meat lovers, everything is there. Bar with a wide offer, mini bar also, and even if in the city center, is quiet. Valet parking worth the 25 euro/day. No hustle to look for a parking spot by yourself. From hotel location you're at walking distance from almost all attractions, and also public transportation is at your fingertip. For sure it'll be my choice next time.

Hugely disappointed at this hotel. Of all the hotels to stay in Prague avoid this one. It was pre-booked not our choice. The corridor smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke every time we walked to and from our room! We informed reception, they did offer us a change of room but we didn’t want to pack and unpack again. They said they would look into it, however it continued and nothing was done while we were there for 2 nights. I believe some guests and staff were guilty of this. The tea and coffee tray had little choice. Breakfast was very disappointing, we had to wait for cups, the weak coffee was from a large earn, you could have an alternative but that would cost extra. All we chose to eat was porridge, nothing else looked appetising! The only positive I can give you, there was a good choice of teas at the breakfast counter.

This property is in a great location, about a 10 minute walk from the train station and about 10-15 minute walk to Old Town. The bathroom was large and the room was nice and clean. The breakfast was good. The registration area was a little small and cramped, so if you are arriving with a lot of luggage be prepared.

Good location and great value but be careful of the hidden charges even down to bottles of water on the desk as we believed were complimentary to our surprise we were charged for at an outrageous price staff were friendly and helpful rooms are ok but the price reflects that but saying that I would stay there again

We stayed in this hotel at the end of October for 3 nights, parents with a 17-month old child. We booked a suite to have a separate leaving room while our child sleeps and were very pleased. Spacious toom, big bathroom with double sink, toiletries provided, eletric kettle, comfortable and stable cot for our child, everything clean and pleasant. Our child loved running around the different rooms! Breakfast was very basic though, food was almost the same every morning and going after 8/8.30 am there was not much choice left. There were two highchairs, which was very convenient, although we didn't see any other small children staying in this hotel. We found the staff not very friendly, especially the ones serving in the restaurant. Nothing bad but a smile does not harm with hotel guests! We had reserved also a parking spot, which we never saw as a member of the staff (a very nice guy) drove our car there and brought it back whenever needed for all the guests, so make sure to call the reception to say you need the car a bit in advance if you do not want to wait. One major negative point: room was not cleaned everyday. The maids came only at specific time, and when they found us inside (for example one raining day we stayed in some hours during our child nap), they did not come back later even if we put the sign to clean. Having dirty diapers smelling in the room and full small bins, that evening we asked if someone could at least come and empty them. Receptionist said no cleaning lady was there and could not help us. After insisting a bit and waiting, they brought us a big black garbage bag, which was helpful. The hotel is located very centrally, lots of nice restaurants in 10-min walk distance. All in all we cannot say this hotel is for families with small children but we had a pleasant stay and would probably come back again.

The hotel is right to the city centre. 5 minutes walk from mustek metro station. You have easy access to many restaurant and clubs around the hotel. 15 minute from the clock square. The room was clean and big. Nice touch to leave a couple of chocolate when we are leaving.
