The hotel is in a very good location but when we was there it was having repaired. Breakfast was really diverse and tasty. Rooms are comfortable. The staff is cheerful and friendly. Thank you for this amazing jorney.
Very good situation in the center of Prague, We like the welcome of the personnel. The hotel is generally a place of silence. Various and richt Breakfest is presented in accord of a free service. Garage possibility.
The entrance is covered in scaffolding at the moment, which made me nervous, but we were right at the back of the hotel on the fifth floor and could hear nothing! The staff were very helpful. The room had plenty of space. Breakfast was curious - attempting to satisfy people from many cultures - so there was scrambled egg, which was very good, frankfurter sausages and scraps of meat they said was bacon, but in addition there were chicken legs and green beans, cooked meats and cheese slices and the usual cereals, toast, pastries, etc. As the weather was hot, we were grateful for the quiet air conditioning in the room.
Excellent location in the center of the city, close to major attractions and restaurants and main train station as well as metro station. All major attractions are in walking distance of the property.
Very satisfied experience. Very helpful staff and good rooms and service. Buffet breakfast could be better. Also amenities such as power adapters etc needs to be stocked in as many numbers as demanded.
To a first time visitor to the beautiful city of Prague your choice of hotel is important. Our stay in Ramada Prague City Centre was all worth it. It is centrally located and very near to almost all the needed amenities a first timer in Prague could expect from a hotel. Will not hesitate to book here again anytime we visit the place again.
The room was in a very noisy hall. Average quality in my opinion with just a few utilities, not good for a 4star hotel. Breakfast not very assortied. People in reception were correct, but not very interesed in really helping
I've spent 3 days in this hotel during my last business trip. The room (2nd floor) was spacious, clean, but altough it was a non-smoking room, it was smelt from smoke. Unfortunatelly the noises from other rooms leaked through the walls, so it was a little noisy. The staff was friendly, they've completed my requests in time. The restaurant was open only for breakfast, there is no dinning option inside the hotel. The server breakfast was ok, but less options/sortiment, and some times busy (too small for the size of the hotel). The wifi is free and very fast (~30Mbit/s), but in busy periods (ie. 5-6pm) it went down to ~10Mbit/s.
Very expensive. I made the reservation through Bookings.es and the price they gave me wasn't the same when I arrived at the hotel. When I was doing the check in the receptionist told me that the hotel could give me the same price if I paid in cash and in €. Of course they told me that if I decided to do it that way I had to paid you rightaway in cash...and then they told me there weren't ATM's in the area that could give you €...and that was a lie. Because the same day I saw ATM's that could give you different currency, including €. AC didn't work, so we open the window but since it's a busy street it was to noisy. The breakfast wasn't spcecial and the first day we had breakfast my wife made a mistake and used the same tongs for the eggs and ham and the waiter was very rude with her. He began to talked to her in czech and we she didn't reply (we don't speak the language) he began to babble that it was wrong, etc. I apologized with him in english. The rest of the Restaurant staff were fine. Eventhoug all the staff were courteous but not friendly. It's my second time in Prague and I love the city but I won't make the same mistake and stay at your hotel again. Though it's a shame. Because a few years ago I stayed for 4 days in one of your Hotels in Seattle. I remember it was a nice hotel, the staff were great and they didn't overcharged me. I learned muy lesson very well: never book again through bookings.com and if I can help it never try again Ramada. I hope you take seriously my review because I am very disappointed with your hotel. There is a lot of competence in the city. And just to let you know I worked in the hotel industry for 10 years. Thank you.
great location and a lovely room summed up our experience of this hotel - we were a family of four including two kids aged 8 and 4. its located 5 mins away from the station which suited us very well given we reached Prague via train from Budapest - situated right on the throbbing Wenceslas square - walking distance from the enchanting old and town and Charles Bridge...surrounded by tons of restaurants, shops, fast food eateries and mini markets.. we had booked a suite - we loved the spacious room, even more so relevant if you are traveling with kids - we got the rear side view which was not great but nothing much to complain about..of course a room view of the square would have been a cherry of the top...the bathroom was large and spacious with separate heating...housekeeping was efficient too - the only thing to keep in mind is that one complimentary bottle of drinking water is provided post which it will be on a charged basis. we had a tv in each room which was not of much use given lack of English language channels the reception staff was very helpful and friendly - one of them patiently helped me to navigate the extremely difficult Czech language website for online ticket booking for the Prague Zoo entry the only shortfall was the restaurant - the breakfast spread was very limited - didn't find the staff too friendly - you had also to pay additional if you order for an omelette!! would have been 5 stars but for this
