Very happy with everything there. Friendly service, breakfast is ok and location is perfect for shopping and sightseeing. A highly recommended location for a stay in Prague. For my next stay in Prague I will go there again.
great place to stay, central location near metro and central city, old town is only 10 minutes away. great hotel and friendly staff. Easy access to airport and train station. The christmas markets are close by.
You would easily miss the hotel if you’re coming in by yourself without a guide or google map. It’s in the middle of a few much grandeur hotels. Staff is alright. People here aren’t generally friendly so we didn’t expect too much. After our first night we were shocked as the house cleansing seems to suffer from amnesia and left things undone. We washed our own mugs but they were left where we left them; bins were not cleaned; pillows were where we left them and bed were made by us and not house cleaning; towels were also where we left them; the only thing they did was to refill the toilet paper. Breakfast wasn’t fancy choice is very limited. Staff in the cafeteria was not too helpful as expected. Making lots of noise when they put down cups and bowls on the table. Service seems to be better starting the second and third day. But honestly I wouldn’t stay here again.
Excellent location for travel links and walks in the old town - especially at night time. Makes you think of the tune "Moonlight Shadow" - Mike Oldfield and Maggie O'Relly on U Tube. You are doing a very good job . Happy Christmas
A frequent visitor to Prague I was again impressed with the Professionalism and Friendliness of the staff. Rooms are comfortable with tea making facilities. The hotel is conveniently situated for sightseeing and sampling local restaurants. Breakfast buffet is excellent with a wide choice of hot and cold dishes. The lobby bar on the first floor is welcoming and stays open late for a “nightcap” Highly recommended !
Crew was good enough helping us on every issues , rooms furniture was outmoded , elevators were problem and very old ( not safe ) Colse to citiy centre . ( it was an advantage for the customers ) guidence was not bad . At least , it was enough for me in terms of cost & benefit balance
We chose this hotel because it was a Wyndham property. Turned out to be excellent. Staff was most helpful. Good location. Great value. We would choose this hotel again. Will stay here next time we are in Prague
A nice cityhotel, unexpected quiet rooms. Only the breakfast - service is poor. The staff works without any system. Sometimes there are no Cups for new visitors. In the rush hour it lasts to Long to set the table for new Clients.
The best location of your Hotel, not bad breakfast. The quite and clean room, There is very comfortable bed in the room. The personal on reception are friendly and helpful. But wi-fi wasn't working in the Room number 611
Stayed at the Ramada as it was an ideal location for all the sights. Situated on Wenceslas Square close to shops bars and restaurants and also the metro to travel further. Room of a good size and standard although was not happy that we booked 8 months in advance to be shoved onto the 6th (top) floor. Room too hot as even though we turned our heating off, heat rises and we believe we were next to a loud boiler. Toiletries provided were lovely and breakfast was what was expected - continental with lots to choose from and decent quality. Only had to check out at 1200 although they cut off the electric at 1100 so couldn’t watch TV or turn a light on/charge anything. Would recommend for location but areas of improvement obvious.
