Friendly and approachable staff available 24/7. The hotel was well maintained with clean rooms. Breakfast and dinner in the hotel were very good and reasonable price. The hotel is located near several tram stops making it convenient to visit the rest of the city.

The Hermitage is a very clean, comfortable, updated hotel with spacious, nicely decorated rooms, comfortable beds, a wonderful breakfast, excellent fitness center and very friendly staff. It is located away from the hustle and bustle of Old Town, and is an easy tram ride or beautiful walk along the river to get around. I hope to return for a future stay!

Very nice hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Easy access to trams into Old Town and also short walk to bars along river. Breakfast area was large but often very busy as most tables seat 4 rather than 2.
