Located right in the middle of old city next to astronomical clock with easy access to Charles Bridge and numerous restaurants. Staff very courteous and helpful I would like to mention Franta and Reuzina here they were both amazing. It could get quite noisy at nighttime given the location and the fact many Restaurants are right underneath. If you don’t kind noise then very good. Overall our stay was very good.

Very helpful n cheerful staff. Central location and a private car to airport.

such an amazing stay- it's like a fairy tale. Amazing service, location, hospitality, cleanliness and overall excellence describe the wonderful hotel. Just a magical vacation overall!

We stayed at the family room which is huge. Breakfast served at room which is romantic, however no cappuccino is offered, only espresso. Staff very helpful. Note: no lift! So probably not a good fit for elderly people.

You enter through a restaurant right in front of the Main Square. Once you're used to it, everything works smoothly. The room was huge! Everything worked fine. Breakfast was room serviced, so it was not that good, but on the other hand, we were able to watch and listen two jazz concerts in the main square, with the preferred seats that our open window gave us. Prague is a wonderful city, and the woderful hotel gave us the perfect location to explore it.

The hotel is wonderful. Large rooms, clean contemporary furniture, gorgeous bathroom with soaking tub and large shower and double sinks. Our windows opened on Old Town Square with it's music and fun events. Breakfast is included and has a decent selection: coffee, cereal, yogurt, pastries, cold cuts, juices, etc. It's brought to the room each morning at the time you specify. The only drawback, and not a large one, is that you have to go thru the White Horse Restaurant to get to the entrance to the hotel. The doors are always locked and you're buzzed in each time. Also, no elevator. Our room was on the second floor up these very wide stairs. When checking in, staff came down and carried up our luggage. They carried it downstairs when we checked out. The taxi or other form of transportation lets you off on the opposite side of the square from the hotel, which you then have to cross to have access to the front door. These minor inconveniences do not take away from great location, wonderfully appointed room and more than accommodating staff. There is air conditioning in the room.

Placed in the middle of Prague on the old town square, you can't beat the location. Close walk to everything. Room was large and clean, and we liked the old mixed with modern bathroom. Because of the location it's really noisy outside but the double windows block out most of the noise. Staff was great and very helpful. We would recommend anyone going to Prague to stay here.

The staff was very friendly, breakfast was served in our room or on a terrace. The location can't be beat. We looked down at the square, but the room was quiet. Would definitely return.

Excelent location, the breakfast was fantastic so yami.highly recomended.
