The apartment has no air conditioning and no fan so it would be impossible to stay here in summer. We stayed here in Sept and it was not comfortable to sleep. Also it is called Old Town Square Apartments , but our apartment was over 1km from the Old Town Square.

I was truly amazed but the appartement we got. We are a family of 6 and with 4 children’s and we got a very spacious appartment, with beds for everyone. The place look well taken care and newly renovated. After reading some comment I was a bit fearful of getting a bad appartement that doesn’t look like the photos since you only get to know the check-in adress while booking, but I really love the place, maybe we got lucky, maybe there some unlucky, but it wasn’t our case. The view of the window was nice, the pub downstairs have very good food and beer and you can walk everywhere in minutes. I which we stayed longer as the appartement was really confortable for ours family’s

Nous étions 3 et la petite cuisine était trop petite pour que nous puissions nous asseoir tous les 3 à la table. De plus, étant situé au 4e étage il faisait extrêmement chaud (pas d’air climatisée). Finalement, quand nous arrivons à la réception et qu’on nous annonce où est situé notre appartement il a fallait faire une dizaine de minutes de marche avec nos gros bagages dans la ville.

Our apartment was on the 3rd floor with no lift. The apartment was spacious. Only problem is the stair grading which is obviously steel will pose a serious problem if you are over 5ft5. It is a serious accident waiting to happen AND it will happen. My friend got a nasty gash on his forehead. Also the WiFi is 3 out of 5.

This is a bait and switch. The pictures are great but the flat was nothing like the pictures. I rented a 2 bedroom. To them it meant a two bed room. There were no bedrooms, just two beds in the living room. The wooden floors were so warped I got a two inch splinter in my foot and had to wear shoes inside thereafter. To top it all off, while not far, the flat they assigned me to, which they would not reveal until the day of check-in, was not even technically IN Old Town. Then they charge me $40 for a ride from the airport when Bolt cost only $20 on departure. This place is crooked and should be avoided.

I would give this a 0 star rating if I could! THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM! The apartment is completely different from the descriptions. None of the photos in the apartment were shown on the website, even the address was different. Their customer service attitude was awful, with 0 communication, and they refused to reply to my complaint about the photos not matching the description. Apparently many other guests encountered this as well! The lift was broken and the apartment was on the fifth floor- the top of the building. We had to carry 23kg luggages, with an elderly and 3 children. This is absolutely outrages. Honestly avoid this property at all costs!!! Don't fall for their descirptions/ photos because they're not even the same! I would never have booked this property for the expensive price if I knew this would be the condition. We were woken up by the sounds of trams every single morning at 6am and could not sleep until 3am because the noise insulation was terrible. We only knew the location was differnet when we explicitly whatsapped them and asked how come the location seemed different on the welcome email and Expedia website. The fire safety system was insufficient and we were, honestly, very lucky to leave the apartment alive.

Overall we had a great trip. The apartment smelled really bad when we got there. Not sure if it was the plumbing or something else. It was clean, and we did enjoy our stay, they just need to fix the issue with the smell

The hotel was in very poor condition and not at all what I expected from a listing on Expedia ! The room and hotel was in serous need of renovation ! The outside of the hotel was noisy , making it difficult to sleep ! The photos on Expedia did not match the terrible condition of the room ! In the bedroom the only lighting was a cheaply made table light and homemade light stand ! The couch looked old and dirty ! I expressed my displeasure to the staff which would not answer the phone ! The only way to communicate with them was by texts ! I never met any of the staff ! Check in was all done thru texts ! I informed them that I was checking out at 10:30 the following morning and that I wanted to be fully reimbursed ! No , one made any attempts to interview me by phone or otherwise ! The next morning after I checked out and rented a room at another hotel I received a text ! The person offered me a different room ! When I texted my displeasure the person stated that since she offered me another room she was not obligated to return the 5 days paid in advance ! I feel as though I was scammed but think that I was not the first person ! I would never do business with this hotel again and would advise everyone to go elsewhere !
