This fully furnished, modern apartment is located in Vrsovice, a highly-sought after residential part of Prague, yet only 15 mins by tram to the heart of the city. The two bedroom apartment is cozy, full of natural light and well-heated to make your winters in Prague more enjoyable. It is a perfect size for a single occupant or a couple. It offers full kitchen, living room, bedroom with a balcony and a bathroom. The apartment building is quiet, well-maintained, equipped with an elevator that can take you to the fourth floor. One side of the apartment overlooks a small park in a courtyard. The other side offers a view of a large square with a park, and farmers market three times a week. The location is highly accessible with several tram and bus stops right outside of the apartment building door. Subway station less than 10 minutes walk. Several grocery stores, including a health food store, coffee shops and restaurants are located in close proximity. Parking on the street.
