The staff was extremely nice and friendly. The room was very clean and presented nicely. I was surprised at the poor restaurant/cafe at a hotel of this quality. It was a cafeteria next to the parking/taxi/unloading area. We only went there in the beginning when we did not know everything was. After that we did not go.
During the flight to Prague, the friend whom I was traveling became ill. Arriving at the hotel, we had to check in as soon as possible. Sebastian, behind the front desk, was amazing, finding my friend a place to lay down, and finding us a room we could check into almost immediately. This hotel would be a first choice whenever I travel to Prague!
Love it. Very good location. I just didnt like the food of the restaurant Spices.
