The location is really good. I normally like to stay away from the tourist location. I like the neighborhood feel of the place. Across the street there is a really cute Pasta Cafe with home made pasta for just $5USD. The pasta is tasty and we ended up eating there for two nights. We did not use the kitchen as we don't feel like cooking for a meal, but it helps for making tea and store juices in the fridge. The bed is comfortable and place is really clean. However, even though it is a nonsmoking room, i can still smell the cigarette lingering in the bedroom. If you really sensitive to cigarette smell this may not be the place for you. Other than this issue, our stay is perfect.
Was really a nice surprise, the design of the apartment was great, very clean, with all you may need. My family and myself enjoyed a lot. It was like to be at home.
Pro's: - Comfy and modern with good Amenities. - Prompt staff when you have any issues. - Tram Stop right outside. - Most kitchen necessities including microwave and fridge, allowing you to stock up on food/drinks. - Fast Wi-Fi with good connection on laptop and phone. - Full length Mirrors, both at the entrance and in the bedroom. - Very quiet. Cons: - Pillow Cases are too small, causing pillows to become like bouncy tubes. Had to remove the pillow cases in order to make the pillows flatter and possible to sleep on. - Staff only available in the office from 9a to 7/8p. - Sometimes during use the Aircon buzzes about every 10 mins, even when you turn it off. When turned off the buzzing eventually stops. There were times that it didn't buzz while in use, so it seems random if it's gonna happen or not. It's possible that maybe the staff could've suggested something to fix the issue but the buzzing generally happened late at night when we were back in the room and no staff available in the office. If you experience this issue I would recommend making a video recording on your phone of it happening and show it to staff when they're in the office. - Large gaps between curtains and windows, causing light to enter the room in the morning (this is an issue if you want to sleep in and want limited light entering the room. We reduced the light by pushing the curtains against the windows and used the couch cushions to hold them in place. - Right outside the hotel nothing is open after about 9/10p, after which you must walk/catch tram up the hill to shops/restaurants that stay open later.
We traveled with 2 kids, and found this place to ve very convenient: spacious, clean, quiet. The location is one metro stay away from the very center, but the station is 5 minutes of walking away. Good cafés to have breakfast nearby.
The personnali Is very helpful and professional. The station tramways Is about 300meters from the hotel. The apartment vis very confortable and quiet. We just have a contuction at the building we have to change the apartment. We recommamded this .
Great value for your money. Stayed in a 2 room apartment. Great fit for 4 people. Able to cook multiple meals in the room. Had a problem w/ the water heater which was quickly fixed by staff. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They arranged cabs and were great with directions. The hotel is 5-10 minure walk to tram/metro stops so very convenient. It was the most spacious place I've ever stayed in Europe. Would go back.
The MH Apartment was an outstanding place to spend a week. I believe we were the first to occupy the apartment we had. Great facilities for cooking and relaxing, fine bathroom, comfortable beds (singles). Tram and metrio lines were very close, and folks in the office were helpful. We'd stay there again should the opportunity arise.
