Prague was the best !! Hotel highly recommend if you want to stay walking distance to Everything, room was very cute and comfortable, the old style makes you feel like you are in the old times . I would go back for sure !!

The staff were great, the breakfast spread was fantastic, the rooms were comfortable, and the location is quite and off a main roadway, but a 5 minute walk to restaurants, shopping, and public transportation. The bar was the only thing that lacked a little (didn't know how to make a whiskey sour even though it was in the happy hour menu), but honestly you shouldn't be using the hotel bar when there are so many great drinking hole options in Prague. I would come back here whether it was for business or pleasure.

At arrival the room had a terrible smell, a mixture of tobacco and dust. The bathroom was dirty, the waste basket had not been emptied . We had requested a non smoking room .We were informed that it was the only room available. I indicated that I would get sick staying in the assigned room, and we would not accept it. Finally, reluctantly, we were transferred to a non smoking hotel. This hotel taints the Best Western brand.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel although I encountered a few problems during my stay. The room the porter took me to wasn't cleaned and readied and they did not know how to handle this except to just leave me in the room. They claimed later that the hotel was full, although it was clearly almost empty. The requests to the front desk and manager weren't handled with the competency you would expect from even a three star hotel. Also, the front desk advised that the best way to get to the airport is by taxi for about 700 to 800 CZK ($45) but this is not true as pointed out by another reviewer. For 26 CZK ($1.40) the metro and bus are very convenient. Upon checkout they asked that I wait while they go to the room and inspect the minibar, which they say is standard practice. All-in-all a cute boutique property but the service and staff are not on par with a four or five star property, so don't be disappointed.

The hotel location was perfect to walk to all of the sights. Close to shops, resturants and bars. Hot breakfast was very good and included. This hotel internet access was by cable (so bring a cable) but it was very fast and skype worked well. The view from the 4th floor rooms or higher were very dramatic with a view of the castle or gardens depending on the side. Very quiet considering you are in the middle of a city. Only draw back was the small room but I spent most of the time out of the room so not a big concern.

Pleasant but felt they relocated us because they had a big group coming. We wanted to stay in a small hotel in Mala Strana. Were relocated to another 5 star across the river which did not have the charm of the hotel I booked. I will let Best Western know. I gave all ones on the review below because you have no option for NA

Small rooms, but nicelly decorated. Great breakfast. Great for a couple or single person. Do not know if they have larger rooms. Great location, walking distance to all sites.

The Best Western Premier Hotel Royal Palace is the place to be! There are very few reviews on this hotel and we were worried that it might not meet our expectations...We were pleasantly surprised! The location is ideal - close enough to walk to all the must see sights yet far enough to escape from the maddening tourist crowds. Across the street is the beautiful and relaxing Wallenstein Gardens, the Malostranská Metro stop is 5 minutes away, the St Charles Bridge is 7 minutes away, Gloria Jeans is around the corner and everything else (restaurants, shops, bars, ATM etc) is within walking distance. This is definitely a "Boutique Hotel" at its finest. Our room (501) was tastefully decorated with a marvelous view of the Prague Castle and the Wallenstein Gardens, beds were comfortable, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and the Hotel Staff was pleasant and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to all.

Our room was on the fourth floor overlooking the Palace which was illuminated at night and a beautiful public garden behind a wall. This view might not be seen at lower floors. The staff was helpful with reservations to special sites. We enjoyed the hotel and would recommend it.

The hotel staff were very helpful, efficient and spoke perfect English. Our room had an incredible view of the castle. The hot breakfast was fantastic. The hotel was just a short walk to shopping, dining, sightseeing and bus service. Because of our early departure, we left before breakfast and the hotel offered to fix us a "take along meal" at no extra charge. To our surprise it was delicious and actually lasted us well into the day! We highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again.

The rooms and hotel were very clean. Excellent location in the middle of all the sites and on a quiet road. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were average size for European standards and small for American standards. They offered parking for 30 Euro/day and there was an additional fee to use the excercise/wellness room which I was not aware of. When we go to Prague again we will be staying at this hotel.

Great view from our 5th floor room. Lovely decor. Comfortable king size bed. Free High Speed Internet. Super breakfast with many items to choose from included in room price. Very friendly and courteous staff.
