This was a great hotel. The location was incredible. The staff were simply fantastic. Everyone from front desk, to room service to the restaurant. The breakfast was great. It was also beautiful. My room was excellent. I went there planning on a 5 day stay. I stayed there for a month. I heavily recommend it. What a great value proposition too.
The staff is very helpful and professional, they are ready to help with any issues. The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful park. Our room was clean and spacious. The next day the room was serviced while we were out. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel
Very clean and cozy hotel, very good location. However, very rood bar staff.
Very rude people at the bar. Cleaning staff comes while you sleep.
Thought the hotel was great, especially for the price. Walkable to city center- although coming back up the huge hill may be difficult for some. There was some construction in the lobby, so that added some noise when passing through. Our room was small with only two circular windows (we must have been on the end), would have like a little more light. However, we were in the room very little because there was so much to explore nearby.
There's a nice restaurant by un the back of the monastery. I will likely have the option to books non-smoking room. The first night there was a electric problem at the room that was fixed the next morning. But there was no parking as it was advertised; they recommended me to park on the public areas (6hrs max)
Great location if visiting Castle, 5 min walk from hotel. Breakfast choices excellent. Dinner very good.
The location was quiet and peaceful away from all the crowds and noise yet not far from public transportation or the castle. Room was not large but clean though I found the bed a little firm to my taste. Resteraunt was nice and clean, food was good. Breakfast we found rather expensive at 18 euros per person but good food is available on the street at reasonable prices within a 10 minute walk. Would definately stay here again!
It is centrally located to all the tourist spot... only minutes away from the center of action.
The Crowne Plaza was a great European hotel with a comfortable bed, friendly & helpful staff, and great location. It was in walking distance of Prague Castle (5 min walk), Charles Bridge (12 - 15 min walk), Old Town (15 - 20 min walk). If you don't like walking, there is a tram stop close by (less than 2 minute walk). I recommend the Peklo restraunt right next to the hotel for a romantic dinner for two, and the brewery inside the monestary for a great Czech dinner and beer. The only negative for the hotel was the price of the hotel's breakfast - but there were quite a few great places to grab breakfast within less than a 5 minute walk.
Very Nice hotel just in the hard of the city with great views
