Hotel William has a great location, very close to many attractions and old city. Very well maintained hotel, historic old building. Our special thanks and appreciation to Pavel, hotel manager, head receptionist Roman and receptionist Arina for their professionalism, excellent customer service care and positive attitude! Also we really enjoyed breakfast buffet prepared daily by chefs Sebastian and Jose. Would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Great staff, location and breakfast. The room I booked was small but it was good enough for me. It was clean and quiet. It didn’t have ac, which was ok because it was chilly outside but it’s something to consider if you’re staying there later in the summer. And maybe some rooms have ac. I wish the shower was a little bigger but it’s Europe and everything is smaller here compared to the US! In general I am happy with the hotel and my room and I recommend it.
