I LOVED the staff more than anything! Wonderful people at the front dest and the cleaning staff was very efficient and friendly! And being able to use the hotel's bicycle was a really nice perk!
The WiFi was horrible it never worked, breakfast was not good the quality of the fruit wasn’t fresh either. Service at the restaurant was awful.
Staff was great and breakfast doesn't get any better! The details on the website is not what we found when we got there. No wifi in the rooms and no 24 hr room service. Location was a 10 min taxi ride, however, next time we'll use that taxi money to stay in Prague 1 where you could walk everywhere.
We were 4 in a single room, the second double bed wasn't amazing… the hotel is about 20 min from center by tram, in a quiet neighborhood, nothing to do there in the evening so you should get back only for sleeping. Staff was nice and helpful.
