A lovely old hotel, full of character with kind and extremely helpful staff. Bedroom was clean and comfortable with TV, coffee/tea making facilities and mini bar. The breakfasts are substantial and coffee was delicious. Situated 2 mins walk to the metro and a large supermarket and local restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

We stayed in hotel Taurus for 3 nights in September. The location is very good, metro station is 3 mins walk from the hotel and only take 2 stops to get to Wenceslav Square. There is supermarket up the road, also lots of restaurants and bars, big shopping mall just 10 mins walk from the hotel. The reception staff are very helpful, friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them. The biggest let down is the room. We requested room facing the car park so we wont be bothered with traffic noise and I can tell you I had really good sleep! However the furniture, doors, windows and carpets are dated but considering the price you pay I don't think you can complain. There is mini bar, drinks priced reasonably. Would stay again

I was on a short trip to Prague and checked in to this hotel and it was a good choice. The location is good, right on the metro line A, easy transfer from the airport, quite close to downtown, in a nice neighborhood. Check in and check out fast and easy. The room was big, very clean and quiet ( because facing backyard, I don't know how they are those facing the street). The bed big and comfortable, good size pillows. Complimentary coffee and tee available, also minibar. Free Wi-Fi on the hotel and reliable enough. Clean bathroom, with shower cabin. Breakfast it was very good indeed, as I read on other travelers reviews. A large selection of warm or cold dishes, vegetables, pastries, fruits, coffee, tee. Furniture a little old but in good condition.

Hello! We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was super clean and the bed was very big and comfortable. It was close to the bus station and just 15 minute walking to the city center. Also we had a minibar in the room. Enjoy!

We stayed just under a week in this hotel. It has a nice relaxed atmosphere although it was busy! Bed super comfortable, and we had a large room. As stated in other reviews breakfast is really good, plenty of variety hot and cold foods, frequently topped up so there was always enough selection to choose from. Location is great. Plenty of bars and restaurants, near shopping mall area at Flora. Tram lines 11,13 outside hotel (local trams) and two streets up 10 and 16 that go into the centre of Prague. Only down side was large groups of students mid week that were noisy in the evening but the manager on duty resolved the issue quickly. Highly recommended for location price and facilities ! Would definitely stay again

Stayed here 2 nights on11-13 of September 2017. Very clean room & bathroom. Nice place, easy to reach from the airport( 119 + metro line A). Decent breakfast. Helpful staff. Recommended for 2-3 nights in Prague.

Very nice customer service and breakfast. Room was littlebit too small, but it really did not matter. Location was good, roat to the town was straight and easy to follow. Nice weekend experience to me and my girlfriend. Tourist busstop is close to the hotel.

Would not recommend staying here at all. We were on a bus tour with Trip a Deal. Our room faced a very busy road where trams and trucks ran all night. There was no a/c in the room and it was far too noisy to open the windows. The bed was as hard as a rock and we h as be ended up with sore backs and the flu from running the ceiling fan all night. We had to put the kettle on the ground and move furniture to make a cuppa. The carpet was wet as it had just been cleaned and there was only a key safe which we were hesitant to leave our passports and money in. Breakfast best thing about hotel unfortunately.

We stayed several nights at the TAURUS HOTEL in our visit to PRAGUE . The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast that came with the room was very good. "Wifi" was strong throughout the hotel — better by far than most ISRAEL hotels I’ve stayed at. It is also an easy walk to the River and the main sights around PRAGUE as well as downtown. Great place to stay in PRAGUE. I’d recommend it if you’re taking a trip .This is just to say thank you to you and to everybody at the TAURUS HOTEL on behalf of our group. Absolutely everything went like a charm. We enjoyed our stay in PRAGUE and did everything we set out to do. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Special thanks to those in SERVICE -VIKA,MARIJA,NATALKA,SLAVKA who were able to solve every doubt we had and to the dining staff and manager for such a wonderful dining service. We look forward very much to coming back next year around about the same dates. Best regards ESTER FREI MARENA FREI ISRAEL 18-28.08.2017

£38 for double room found on trivago, breakfast included. Breakfast very nice ,but staff in hotel could be more friendly, including receptionists and breakfast/cleaning ladies who just opened the room without even knocking while we were still in there before check out.
