Excellent choice to stay in Prague.
This was one of two hotels my boyfriend and I stayed in while we were in Prague. I would not consider this a 4 star hotel - not even close. While the rooms were large (bedroom + living room with kitchen) and clean, the walls seemed paper thin and we could hear everything out on the street. The bed wasn't very comfortable. This would be a good hotel to stay at if you are traveling with a larger group because of the added bonus of the living area. The free breakfast was good and the staff was very eager to help and was very friendly.
The hotel has great location, walking distance to the old town and Charles bridge. It has portable air conditioner in the bedroom. You can do simple cooking if you like. It's clean and comfortable. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Wi-fi is pretty fast.
Eight nights at this hotel made us happier than we expected initially. While the suite did not match my expectations of a 4 star hotel, due to the age of the building and the lack of central air, everything worked out well. I expected a sleeker, more modern look based on internet photos, but the suite was well worn and had a portable air conditioning unit to cool two rooms. It worked for the bedroom, where the unit was located, but did not cool the living room/kitchen area well. Fortunately, windows opened, and the weather turned cool! The bathroom was tiny, but all amenities functioned well. The staff were very nice, especially our red haired breakfast server, who met us with a sweet smile each morning and got to know our favorite breakfast items very quickly. Location was fairly good, but several blocks to main center area. Safe area at night, no hassles at all. They arranged for an early check in for us, as our flight arrived in the early morning. I had hoped for a balcony, or a view, but got neither that nor the 2 twin beds I had requested. A sofa bed in the living area made a comfortable second bedroom, however.
Excellent stay at this hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location was great. Value for price was excellent. Room was a huge suite. Would definitely stay there again.
I came into town for my 26th wedding anniversary I got to the hotel and got the surprise of my life,I was not expecting this level excellence.the front desk receptionist was utter professional the apartment was marvelous!!!! Now onto breakfast ....the best I've had since I'm traveling will be back next year for sure.keep up the good work Suite Home Hotel Prague.
I like the large living/pantry area cery much. Suggest to provide shower cap
The best part of staying at this hotel was the breakfast. The most amazing spread ever! THe rooms are HUGE by european standards and are fully equipped. You can easily sleep 6 people in the bigger suites. The staff is VERY friendly.
the hotel is just outside the crowded tourist zone. the staff is quite helpful. the space provided feels like you are living in an apartment. phone is needed in the bedroom
Spacious and clean room, and I didn't have any noise problem in the evening. The kitchenette was amazing! Also, this hotel is near a tram station, train station, and walking distance to the city center. Friendly and helpful staff, internet access (a computer in the lobby as well for guests' use), the breakfast was really wonderful also. Next to a very small post office (if you like sending postcard to your family/friends), and near small neighborhood-ish restaurants as well. I will stay here again.
I had a really comfortable stay at this hotel. Room was spacious and clean, and the staff were all really friendly! Great location (near tram station, train station, and walking distance to the city center), and really a great value! I will stay here again.
Hotel was well situated for touring most of Prague on foot and the rest by easy walk to tram. Suite was really big, furniture, including bed was average. Elevator sometimes got stuck on fifth floor. Overall, a very good value.
Wonderful hotel for families, more room than I needed, but first class and reasonably priced, with a good breakfast.
Breakfast was amazing! The best I've ever had at any hotel stay. The location was great - only about 5 minutes from the trams we needed. The suite was much bigger than we thought it would be. It as perfect for our family. The front desk workers were very helpful with providing information about traveling around the city, tram numbers, grocery stores, etc. I highly recommend this hotel.
