The hotel is on a lovely quiet street. It's an older property but its AC is very good. Ours went out one night and it was fixed immediately. Breakfast was fine. It's very close to tram lines and a short walk to the Andel metro station. The people who work there are very nice.Lots of restaurants in the area. .

The rooms were really clean, and the staff was helpful. Although some amenities were lacking, overall, it was a pleasant experience. I should also note that the breakfast was really good too.

The hotel is a well lit, clean and organized space. Some people may have an issue because the elevator stops between floors, so you still have to brave some stairs, but it was fine for us. Room was clean, bathroom was good. Shower had good pressure. I thought that the big towel was still not big per my own personal standards, but it was okay. We were in the room during regular spring weather, so there was no need to turn on the AC, but the room had it. The remote for the AC costs extra per day if you need it though. Breakfast was good, selection was normal and standard for everyone's needs. Coffee machine was used constantly by me and other guests, that was very nice. Staff in the breakfast room was really super attentive, acting immediately if someone needed assistance or if the table had to be cleared. Can't remember when was the last time I have seen staff so attentive, that was great. We didn't really have bad experience, except something that was probably cultural for this part of the continent. When something happens that's not planned, Czech people tend to accuse the guest first, then investigate. Our check in for two guests was a couple of days apart, and that broke the staff - they were immediately thinking about charging us extra for the room, breakfast and everything imaginable, just because staff did not share messages about the situation. Where we come from it's nothing unusual, so we didn't take it too serious. That's why we gave it 4 stars.

Hotel is located in good location, walking distance from metro and public transportation, and next to a nice park and many tourist attraction spots. It is near shopping and many restaurants. Room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was included and had nice selection. Staff was helpful; after our check out they let us keep our luggage in their storage until later time, which was very appreciated.

Room had what you would expect. Hairdryer,kettle,tea,coffee. Fridge nice touch. Only interaction was with check in staff. Efficient easy. Breakfast ok but repetitive. Clean rooms but we stayed 5 nights. Only asked for room to be cleaned once. Did think we would get beds changed but not really a big deal. Overall nice hotel

Hotel Petr: Una joya de 3 estrellas en Praga El Hotel Petr me sorprendió gratamente. A pesar de ser un hotel de 3 estrellas, ofrece un servicio y comodidades que superan las expectativas. Personal amable y atento: Desde el momento de la llegada, el personal fue muy amable y servicial, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier consulta o solicitud. Desayuno delicioso y variado: El desayuno buffet incluido es simplemente espectacular. Ofrece una amplia variedad de opciones, tanto dulces como saladas, para todos los gustos. ¡Perfecto para empezar el día con energía! Habitaciones cómodas y funcionales: Mi habitación era limpia, cómoda y tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Lo que más me gustó fue la mesa de trabajo, ideal para quienes necesitan trabajar durante su viaje. Ubicación estratégica: El hotel está muy bien ubicado, con paradas de tranvía y autobús cerca, lo que facilita moverse por la ciudad. Además, hay varios restaurantes y un centro comercial a poca distancia a pie. Limpieza impecable: El hotel estaba impecable, tanto las habitaciones como las zonas comunes.
