Loved the hotel! We stayed here in February 2016, actually, but as I didn't leave any review then, I'll do so now. Great rooms, fully renovated. Older building, but is completely renovated, which only adds to the city's charm! So close to the historic city centre and Charles' Bridge! Breakfast was always nice! The room was very clean! Great place as a hub for visiting Prague!
A lovely little hotel with kind and caring staff. The room was a good size for 2 and the furnishing was good. There is no air-con and the street noise is just about bearable so the summer months may mean you look elsewhere. Breakfast was good
Hotel lovely and clean, daily maid service and fresh towels. Spacious room, we had a kitchenette, which was really useful. Bed was super comfortable. Hotel staff helpful and friendly. Hot and cold breakfast buffet was great. Quiet location, but just 10 mins walk to old town etc and trams just around the corner. Close to restaurants and a couple of supermarkets. The only minus was lack of air conditioning, though not a problem when we stayed in May. Free wifi in rooms a bonus.
Stayed here with a few friends, after visiting he city for a few nights. The hotel is situated a 10 minute walk from Wencelas square and so is ideal to retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. We had a slight issue with the electricity on arrival, but that was resolved soon enough and 2 bottles of complimentary water greeted me and room mate. Thr hotel is very clean and the beds comfortable. The rooms do have a fridge and small, concealed kitchenette, but there were no glasses, mugs etc. Breakfast was more aligned to a local/European taste, with no bacon and small local sausages, potatoes dishes, scrambled eggs and of course, cold meats and cheese, but there was a fruit juice machine and tea/coffee. Staff were helpful and friendly and in all, for the price we paid (around £120 for 4 nights) you cannot grumble. I would not hesitate in returning to this hotel and if you have a wander, there is a pun a few streets away where beet was 76p a pint! Oh one thing to consider in Prague, if your a first time visitor, the beers are served with a head around 4-6` in height, around a quarter of the glass. Just for info.
Hotel was clean but no AC. Hot during the day. At night it was OK for the month of may. Breakfast was really good. And personal was very attentive. Close to the center and to all attractions but far away from airport. Need transport service from and to airport.
We were a group of 7 friends..we got three rooms in this hotel and every room was clean and big enough. Furniture was little bit old but thats not a problem. Hotel is near by the city centre ...Staff on the reception were really nice. Breakfast was good too nothing to complatin about .)
My wife and I rested at the hotel for the Christmas holidays in 2016. The best impressions about the hotel. The main advantages - a convenient location (less than 30 minutes the main tourist attractions), matching of price and quality. Very good staff in the kitchen, nice breakfast. Good lounge for guests on the ground floor. I recommend this hotel as one of the finest budget options. I thank the hotel staff. From Russia (Orenburg) with love.
This is my fifth time in Prague and the second in this hotel. Amazing service in rooms, reception. I wish to thank for kitchen staff fot incredible breakfast. Location close to most important places.Only 15-20 minutes by foot to Staromestka Namesti and Vaclavska Namesti. Hotly recommend this hotel!
I visit Prague 3 or 4 times each year usually staying in the Mala Strana or Andel areas. I have stayed in this hotel several times, most recently in May. I have various hotels but always feel welcomed at the Mala Strana. the location and transport access is excellent. I enjoy Prague and this hotel, and have booked my next stay in February 2017.
This hotel was great value for money and delivered on all the important stuff - nice room and bathroom, clean, great help at reception and location perfect for exploring Prague. The only small negative was the breakfast where staff weren't as friendly and were quick to clear us out on the strike of 10am! However overall I would definitely stay here again and recommend - thank you
