The room was without a kettle and a mini fridge. Noisy guests and rude guests Shouting in the backyard late at night. The breakfast restaurant was tiny there is no enough tables at breakfast if you like to sleep in. Make sure you get up sharp at 7am. Staff was nice and helpful. Wouldn’t come back to this hotel.

After an extremely long day/s of travel, I was finally relieved at check-in. Smooth and easy. And the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful (Monika??). The room was a comfortable size with a lovely king bed and a decent sized bathroom. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. A generous selection of meats and cheeses, bread, eggs, yogurts and cereal, veggies and fruits, etc. And (Training) Daniel was very helpful each morning at breakfast. The hotel is a 5-ish minute walk to the nearest tram/metro station, very convenient to the main station (2 stops). I would recommend staying here and I hope to again in the future.

A reasonable option in a good location

Overall, a pleasant stay. Good public transport options not far from the hotel, and it is not too far to walk into the city. There were some odd looking stains on the carpet, but the room was big and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with many options, but at the time that I was staying there wasn't enough seating available to handle the amount of guests. When you did get a seat, it was a bit off puttting to have other guests standing near the tables waiting for you to finish, so that they could be seated. Overall, I'm happy with the hotel, but for the price I would expect a bit more. It could use some renovation and perhaps a greater capacity in the breakfast room, but it was a comfortable stay and the staff were pleasant.

Good value/price option

We have been there with friends . Hotel is located in walking distance to the downtown. We stayed there 3 days. Breakfast was fantastic. Wide variety of different dishes. Underground is 500 m from the hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean, but he equipment of the hotel is quite oldish. Parking options are limited and larger cars cannot fit into the parking lot. I would say it is a nice 3+ star hotel, rather than a 4 star one. Anyway the experience was great overall as the superb breakfast compensate every negative effects.
