In spite of immense throngs of tourists visiting Prague, the staff at Kings Court was not the least bit jaded. They were particularly helpful, cheerful and flexible in a variety of situations.

Perfect location for a quick immersion in central Prague. Right the edge of main walking areas. Clean, comfortable, quiet, well appointed, very helpful and courteous staff.

One of the best hotels I've ever been (...and I've been in lots of ones). Luxurious Hotel, spacious rooms, we chose the Executive room which gives free entry to the Business Lounge (Munchies food until 20:00, free drinks including coffee, tea and wine) and incredible spa. The most amazing breakfast we ate abroad, both in selection and in terms of quality, outstanding location, in front of Palladium Mall, 5 minutes walk from the old town square and 10 minutes from Charles Bridge. Without a doubt, THE best choice in Prague !!!

Friendly staff. Excellent rooms. Very affordable for a five star hotel. They gave you water and coffee for free. Definitely a hotel that I will recommend and stay again.

Our room had a terrible view, which is fine because we asked for a quiet room away from the elevator. You can hear everything next door and the air conditioning doesn't work right- the rooms are hot. We booked extra nice but still was disappointed for what we paid. Book a regular executive room not the suite. Worth Saving your money. The suites usually are booked to loud families and not private at all. The breakfast was great and so was the staff.

Very nice hotel...centrally located. Room had good hairdryer. Iron and full minibar Restaurant and cocktails are served up fresh and quick

They have a great location and wonderful breakfast.

good location and nice city view chose primium room for free loung

Nice staff, amazing breakfast, beautiful hotel, room is a little small

very good hotel. perfect location. the room comfort and clean.

Great location, very helpful staff, great batjrooms

Conveniently located, comfortable room with good amenities, very helpful and friendly staff, great restaurant - aside from breakfasts, had quite a few meals there too. Highly recommended!

Great hotel ........location is perfect.......staff lovely and accommodating,.....hotel immaculate....spa and pool on premises. Breakfast is wonderful! Definitely recommend.

My stay was pleasant and comfortable and I have no complaints about the hotel itself. The hotel is close to everything but not to close, less than 15 minute walk to everything you want to see. The rooms were clean except small even though I upgraded to a larger room. Can't imagine the size of the other rooms but this is Europe and rooms are not expected to be large. The bathroom was nice and well done. The restaurant was good and the breakfast buffet was worth the cost, basic breakfast food but well done. The layout of the hotel is confusing and a lot of up and down on the floors, if you have luggage be prepared for stairs from the elevator to or from your room, no major but unexpected. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, extended my stay and they were very helpful with booking my room for an additional 4 days. Would recommend it if you want to be close to old town but not to close to all the foot traffic there.

The location could not be better because it was an easy walk to the many must see places. The room was very attractive and roomy. The included breakfast was the best I have experienced in many years of travelling -- fresh squeezed orange juice, a very large selection of cheeses, smoked fish, omelets, expresso and other coffees....the list goes on. I strongly recommend Hotel Kings Court to anyone who travels to Prague.

The hotel is close to everything, but not too close that you feel like you're in the middle of a tourist spot. We went to quite a few performances and were close to some wonderful restaurants and all of the theatres that we attended. The furthest attraction from the hotel was Prague castle, which was only a 20min walk through a beautiful stretch of the city that you would want to walk through on its own anyway. The rooms were very nice, and the staff was very helpful.

The hotel is super-central, with modern, very comfortable rooms and attentive quest service. The only issue was with the spa, which the guy taking us to the room, upon our quesry, told was undergoing remodeling works. Not a word at the check-in, no information on the hotel website, nor compensation for this major lack in amenities. Based on the high profile of this hotel, a complimentary dinner or a bunch of flowers from the management would have been appreciated, so all in all I consider it as a missed opportunity for their customer service.

We loved our stay at Kings Court! The location was excellent. The staff was professional, friendly and helpful!! The breakfast buffet was amazing and made more enjoyable because you could sit outside on the square to eat. We spent a little more for the executive suite and it was well worth the money. You were provided with a larger room and access to their executive lounge.

Right next to Powder Tower--entrance to the old city. Friendly staff and good restaurant. Beautiful breakfast buffet.

The hotel is really good, with very convenient location (5-10 minutes from the main square) Client service is on a high level. Good food. I would come back to this place again.
