Room size, bed and extra sofas were very spacious. Reception, bar and common areas were nice. Staff was friendly. We had the car used hotel private parking for 12 euros per night. Street parking is hard to find. Location wise it is okay. Probably there are big bus stops about 1.2km from here. But if you have a car or are willing to walk a bit, it very good.

Hotel's staff were nice and helpful. Room was ok but the carpets were old and not so clean. The chair in the room was broken and shower-head could not be adjusted because it was worned out. The hotel provides only towels and some cheap yellow-greenish liquid soap in a dispenser container. I went to a supermarket nearby to get my own soap bar and shampoo. Generally, the hotel looks like from the times of the former Soviet Union but it is fairly clean, breakfast is good and staff work hard. Tram/bus transport to city center or airport is easy.

The staff was great. The concierge helped arrange a taxi for me, i received a complimentary bottle of wine and pass for a free drink at the roof-top bar, and the desk staff was amazing. The facility is maintained well, but the rooms aren't sound proof. There are several restaurants in the area as well as a few markets.

Hotel looked incredible from the outside. Very welcoming and staff were friendly. The room wasn’t ready on time, which was frustrating, especially as other guests were constantly arriving and being assigned their rooms. An apology would have been nice, but it wasn’t the end of the world, we went to eat in the restaurant in the meantime. When we got to the room, it was dated but the amenities you would expect were there. Bathroom was clean and well equipped and looked out of place as it was very modern. The room itself was clean and comfortable for the few nights we spent in it. The tv was ancient and didn’t work, but we had an iPad to watch films which helped. Overall, the hotel is clean and friendly and has everything you need, it just needs a revival. The check in issue was annoying but didn’t spoil what was otherwise a good stay

Great location. Short uber to old town. Tram right outside. Building date from 1950s . Good water pressure in tub, unfortunately when shower is on not as much pressure. Had to climb out of tub it sits higher that the floor. Room did not have wash cloths or a top sheet in the bed. Street side i heard lots of traffic sounds

This was one of the most luxurious hotels I have ever stayed in. It was really impressive with a grand staircase. My room wash huge, as was also the shower. Always happy with a room with a safe too. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I only had 2 disappointments, breakfast wasn't great, and my King size bed had 2 single duvets. Also being out of Prague it was a pain traveling into the city
