We paid 144 euros for one night in one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything looks so old and run down it definitely does not deserve the three stars it claims to have. As we got into the room, it heavily smelled of bleach. The bathroom floor was slimy, as if someone sprayed the floors but didn't wipe it down. The bed was uncomfortable, the mattress as hard as one stuffed with hay. The double bed we had booked was actually two twin beds side by side, my boyfriend and I even had separate single blankets. The rooms are loud as they are poorly insulated and the curtains are so old they don't even keep the room dark in the morning. The customer service was not great. The only positive? The location. It felt ridiculous to pay such a high price for a really poor experience. Even in the world's most expensive cities we would have had a better experience for the price. Terrible, do not recommend.
A hotel that is not so expensive, but still with nice rooms and well situated in Prague. Walking distance in this towns central parts, or take the tram/streetcar if you want to go further. Very polite and helpful staff that can assist you in most cases.
The location of this hotel is excellent as most interesting sites are within walking distance. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice but mostly for non English. The staff are very helpful and nearly all spoke excellent English. The down side of this hotel was the room temperature which was very hot, even with the radiators turned off. Also the traffic noise at night as we had to open the window and it's on a main road.
Good room with nice bed, a very good location to the centre of Prague, very good breakfast with a good staff, public transports 20 metres of main entrance, with non smokers rooms, but without ac, the staff provided a fan without request.
I was in Harmony Hotel on a study abroad trip. The staff was friendly-Martin was great! The location of Harmony Hotel is excellent! Close to metro as well as nearby Christmas markets. I stayed in two different rooms as I left Prague and came back. The first room was in the fourth floor it was pretty standard large bed (that breaks up into two) and a mini fridge. The second room was in the 6th floor and to my surprise it was a little more spacious than the room in the 4th floor. I spent most of my day out and about so the room was used mostly for sleep and shower. The breakfast is yummy- great selection for vegetarians and meat lovers. Great coffee/tea/ they even have honey!
Budget hotel but perfect for a shorter stay. Michelle in the reception also very helpful. The rooms were a bit warm but apart from that good. The breakfast is excellent with everything you can think of. A bit worn diwnbut still very good value for money. I csn recommend
Stayed here in June whilst interailing. It is a short tram ride form the train station and five minute walk into the lovely city of Prague.Rooms spotless, comfortable and despite being on tram route there is no noise disturbance from the main street below.Staff were extremely helpful and printed our flight tickets for us.The breakfast was excellent if rather a strange combination....it was like an "All inclusive" buffet with breakfast, lunch and evening meal served together. There were cereals, bread, yogurt, fruit juices, cheeses, ham, tea, coffee, fruit, salad, brocolli!!,spaghetti!!,cakes, pastries. All very lovely. Wi fi free and internet had good connection.
