When I checked in, I asked the front desk if I could receive a receipt upon check-out, and they confirmed it. I also double-checked the day before my check-out. However, on the day of my departure, the front desk said they couldn’t issue one. We sent you an email that same day, but received no response the next day. When I called to follow up, the front desk told me they would not provide a receipt.

I requested for a quiet room but I was given a room where a pet was staying beside my room. The dog was barking the whole night and morning and the staff did not do anything about it. The staff were not at all helpful

Buffet breakfast was excellent, great quality and lots of variety. Bed is comfortable and room is clean. Quite convenient near tram stop. The only thing is that we booked a triple room and the room was smaller than expected, not much room to seat other than to sleep but overall, would definitely recommend

Amazing stay at Hotel Golf! Very nice and cozy rooms in a very quiet environment. Transport is just outside the hotel and it’s very convenient and fast to reach Prague city centre. Breakfast is excellent, with a vast choice of both savoury and sweet. This is my second visit and I would definitely go back if I’ll visit Prague again one day.

it is an ideal location for catching early flight, as it sits between the old town and the airport. the hotel seems relatively new, and modern with great amenities. the breakfast is generous with good choice.
