I had a wonderful time in the city of Prague. The food was excellent everywhere I went. The best! The hotel was about 18 minutes walking distance from the city center. There was a lot of construction going on so it was difficult to walk around the debris and equipment. The hotel was very clean and inviting, the upgraded room was very large and clean. The Wi Fi was not consistent and very weak. The staff, friendly and spoke good English. The breakfast buffet was limited but adequate. The surrounding neighborhood was safe. Very satisfied. (There are no were wash cloths in the bathroom and also, bring your own facial tissue.

convenient location, close to transport, and there are good restaurants and shops. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

we were just sorry for that overbooking and displacement.

I had an amazing time staying at the hotel and in Prague. Room always cleaned nicely, staff treated us very well, and the location was perfect. A great place to stay!

Can't say enough about this hotel. Super!! Great large rooms, super location for us, away from big tourist areas. Great restaurant all around us. Metro close by. When in Prague, this is where I love to stay!!!

The hotel was a very good value and a great location for me because it was located between two metro stops and several tram lines into town. Breakfast was good (except for the coffee that was produced by one of the machines that can give you several kinds of coffee, all of the weak and for the most part undrinkable). The room was clean, however the housekeeping staff seemed resistant to resupply each morning all things like soap and shampoo. The front desk however was very helpful. Overall it was a good experience.

Wonderful hotel! Great breakfast that came with the room. Within walking distance to all the great sights. The pubs close to the hotel were smoky but awesome. The only drawback was the walls were thin and the tram was very noisy. The price was right and we would return.

Very nice room with very comfortable bed, nice drapes to make it dark in order to sleep and beautiful decor. Only complaint was that I had to take a lukewarm shower, never able to get hot! Finally ended up rinsing my hair in the bathroom sink as the shower became too cold. When it is cold outside it is nice to come into a hot shower:-(

we liked the Galileo very much, clean, roomy rooms and we loved the location, plenty of interesting restaurants all around. Hopping on tram 22 got us downtown in seven minutes and they run at 5 minute frequency. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included. All in all we thought we had a very good deal.

Beautiful hotel, great location, great staff, FREE airport pick-up, great breakfast and all amenities are up-to the standards of 4 STAR++ hotel

Good location in residential area. Fortunately, the transit system is the best I've ever seen, so it was easy to get to all the sights. It's about a 2-3 mile walk to Old town, however, so you need to use the Metro. Resturants near the hotel were good and a bargain. Staff was young and inexperienced, but friendly. Good value hotel at $80, but simple. Wi-Fi free, breakfast included.

The hotel was extremely clean with great service!!! The breakfast was always great, also with a great view from the 5th floor of hotel. The location was close to Metro and many great restaurants all around. When I return, I plan to stay at Galileo Hotel Prague again. Loved everything about it!!!!

Clean place at reasonable distance from old town. The facilites in the room were minimal.

Well located, clean, quiet, good Internet, fair breakfast included

Clean, quiet hotel close to tram. Nice staff, very comfortable room in a good location. Breakfast was superb each morning. Will stay there again.

The great location made getting around Prague easy. Excellent restaurants within the same block. Close to the Metro. Staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. Would absolutely recommend.

We stayed for 20 days and we had a great time at this hotel. All the staff from the moment we got there until the day we left was excellent. For us this was the perfect location, because we didnt want to stay in the tourist side of town. There was so many shops, bars, markets and resturants with in steps of the hotel. Plus we were giving a free upgrade to a room with a kitchen because of how long our stay was. The breakfast in the morning was always great! And everything is in walking distance, nothing is more than a 15 min walk to see all the sites, plus trans are right around the corner. We would so stay here again!

Helpfull staff, very clean room, good breakfast and access to public transportation.

We enjoyed the location of this hotel; it was slightly away from the busy tourist section but within easy walking distance. The metro was 2 blocks away and the shopping district about a 10 minute walk and old towne about a 20 minute walk. We are in our mid 50's and had no problem walking to see the sites. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Do not take a cab unless you don't care about $$. The shuttles are reasonable from the airport and train station and the metro fills in the rest of your needs.

For the money, the hotel is great. It is close enough distance to walk to old town area and it has good access to public transportation. The staff was helpful and the room size and cleanliness are at a very good level. The breakfast is very nice too and they have a good range of hours 7-11 for breakfast.
